These are so inconsistent! Some are big, and some are so small that by the time they are cooked, two bites is all that is left. Not impressed. better off buying a family pack from Kroger!

Several of the thighs were finger sized (picture attached of two). We weighed the absorbant mats (up to three in each package) and they weighed more than the chicken! This is some really sorry chicken.

I do not like these new cuts of thighs. Packaging is great, the cuts not so good. Can't even tell if it is an actual thigh. Bought one, thought it was a fluke. Bought another one,same thing. Will not buy here again. I'll pay more somewhere else. These poor thighs look like they have been rung though a wringer before packing.

No. You couldn't beat Sam's for chicken price and quality before, but I hate the new product. It's an absolute pain in the butt. You raised the price and decreased the quality. It is most definitely not the "same great product". Very irregular. The chicken is all squished and mangled, and not presentable on the plate. You can't see what's in the pack when you buy it. Inconvenient portioning. What recipe calls for 2/3 of a lb? Or 1.3 lbs? You didn't know how much chicken i want at any given time, but it's pretty much guaranteed not to be whatever you picked. So i still have to repack it before putting it away, only now I've gotta wrestle with 4 different packages to do the same task. Bring back the trays and bulk packaging. I'm buying my chicken elsewhere for now.

Not impressed with the new packaging of Sam's breasts and thighs. It is 4 single packages in one big vacuum sealed package. The breasts and thighs are haphazardly divided into 4 seemingly equal packages. They don't always end up that way. My latest purchase of thighs had one package with only 3 thighs in it and another with 5 thighs in it. Makes it hard to plan how many packages will be needed for a meal with a set amount of people. Also, the plastic has so much printing and color on the outside of the package making it hard to visually see inside. I will not be purchasing my chicken breasts and thighs from Sam's in the future. My local Winco has better packaging and just as good of quality and about the same price as Sam's, sometimes even lower.

The thighs in this new packaging are NOT THIGHS. They are thighs and THIGH PIECES. This is the single worst Members Mark product ever offered by Sam's Club. Don't listen to any positive reviews on these. Do NOT buy them and maybe Sam's will get the message and change their supplier. I will be watching this closely before I renew my Plus Membership.

I like the quality and flavor of the chicken thighs. But, I HATE the new packaging. There’s no way to tell what size or how many thighs are in each pre-packed section. So, I end up having to open up the entire package to find the right size and number for the recipe that I’m making. Then re-package the rest of the thighs. With the old packaging (a foam tray covered in plastic) it was much easier to judge the size and number of thighs in the package.

Each "subpackage" is about two pounds. Works out as just the right amount for our family of four. With traditional packaging, we would repackage in single meal portions and vacuum seal. This packaging saves us the time. Plus, the price per pound is competitive to other sellers - without be proportioned. We didn't notice any significant variance in taste or quality to other vendors or brands. I also appreciate the lack of "up to 20% solution of water, salt, and spices". I don't need my chicken pre-brined, and I don't like paying for added water.

There's no telling whether you will get 3 or 4 in each pack, and the cuts are entirely different so the sizes are very uneven (by a large margin). Some have skin, some are missing skin. Some have bones sticking out where meat should be, like they were chewed off of the animal rather than skillfully cut. Previously purchased Sam's chicken thighs and wings on the foam trays and was always very happy with the quality of the product received, but as of about a month ago it seems these are the replacement as the original packaging is no longer available. I will not be buying these chicken options from Sam's any longer.
