Lots of different size chicken thighs, so if you want them consistent like the ones sold displayed in styrofoam trays, you will be disappointed. They are good quality meat.

I dislike the packaging a great deal. I like the old trays, where I could see the size of each piece of chicken, & the sizes didn't vary that much. The pieces in the pouch packaging vary in size too much, making portions unequal.

I Do not care for new packaging. One pack had one over large thigh and a tiny one. another had 3 medium ones etc. Also several had excess skin flap to be cut off as waste. previous packages had consistent sizing and no excess skin. Will probably buy chicken thighs elsewhere. Still like Sam's.

Mostly very small thighs, about half of them had the skin completely detached, and the rest had it barely attached. I had to re-form each thigh and attach the skin with toothpicks. There were also several half-thighs, some with splintery bone edges. Not safe. Will not be buying again until they go back to the old version.

You have four individual packages in one. Each package contain three or four chicken thighs You have no idea how many is there. The original flat pack I only had to open one package deal with fighting to get a knife through that thick plastic in order to repackage. With this package now I have to fight with four individual packages to open to repackage to appropriate portions. There was no need changing from the flat pack it serves no purpose to the user because again you have no idea what you're getting could be three could be four how do you plan around that without having to repackage and again open the four packages instead of a single flat pack. Some of your packaging decisions simply don't make sense.

I started shopping SAMs in the eighty's and have not had any real bad experience's with the quality of the chicken. That has all chanced in 2026! I WILL NEVER BUY CHICKEN THIGHS AT SAMS AGAIN!!!!! They are labeled skinless boneless thighs but inside is nothing that looks like thighs, just chicken parts with bone and skin pieces.

Please, please return back to the trays that you used to have. The quality of the thighs is not the same as it used to be before this change in packaging. It’s not the packaging itself that I object to, I kind of actually like the different compartments, but the thighs overall are smaller and generally mangled.

Terrible packaging and no uniformity. Also others have mentioned the issue with weight and I've also had issues with that, generally a difference of half a pound.

Sams has always had great chicken parts. Unfortunately, those days have passed. Purchased the new type of chicken thighs and am very disappointed. Uneven sizes, none larger than the palm of your 11 year olds hand, majority of "thighs" are fragmented with some (25%) mutilated. Taste very bland and somewhat mushy. While purchased for family, ultimately cooked for dogs. They were unimpressed but consumed. Will not purchase any of these parts again.

We have always purchased chicken thighs from Sam’s. These were just off. Tasted strange and we felt sick after consuming. I threw the rest away. I will not chance another purchase of these. Please bring back the older brand ! I always purchase the members mark brands , but this is a big NO for me.
