Not a fan of the new packaging and not a fan of the product. The pieces were very small and some broken pieces included. Thighs were very very small. I definitely preferred the previous packaging and quality. I will be purchasing this item elsewhere until there is an improvement!!!

I do not like these new cuts of thighs. Packaging is great, the cuts not so good. Can't even tell if it is an actual thigh. Bought one, thought it was a fluke. Bought another one, same thing. Will not buy here again. I'll pay more somewhere else. These poor thighs look like they have been rung though a wringer before packing.

I started shopping SAMs in the eighty's and have not had any real bad experience's with the quality of the chicken. That has all chanced in 2026! I WILL NEVER BUY CHICKEN THIGHS AT SAMS AGAIN!!!!! They are labeled skinless boneless thighs but inside is nothing that looks like thighs, just chicken parts with bone and skin pieces.

Have to agree with the other reviews about how small they are. Thought I would take a chance and see for myself. Yes, they are tiny. Size of a small childs clinched fist. Not much bigger than a chicken wing. This is a tablespoon and a grape tomato for size reference.

Please, please return back to the trays that you used to have. The quality of the thighs is not the same as it used to be before this change in packaging. It's not the packaging itself that I object to, I kind of actually like the different compartments, but the thighs overall are smaller and generally mangled.

Too much fat and bones...very little useable meat

Poor quality/ chicken previous was great

Chicken thighs are very small

Pieces seemed very small compared to the old packaging

Could be more in a pack only 3 pieces in each
