It is much softer & higher than expected. It was delivered to my neighbor’s, at the bottom of 6 steps …it’s VERY a heavy. Would be nice if when unwrapped it was right side up not upside down.

We had an old interspring mattress with a topper so we went with this one. Very comfortable for a medium bed, not too soft or firm. Also, has very good motion isolation and going with a metal box spring, there is almost no noise getting in and out of bed. I recommend getting this when on sale.

I love the support that this mattress gives as well as the coldness I was hesitant about a foam mattress as my experience with the foam products retain heat but this did not retain as much heat as I thought. So far the firmness of the mattress has held up and I hope it continues to hold up long after.

I've been using my Serta mattress for a while now, and I'm extremely happy with it. It provides great support for my back issues, ensuring I wake up without any discomfort. The mattress is wonderfully soft, offering a cozy and comfortable sleeping experience. Additionally, it stays cool throughout the night, which has significantly improved the quality of my sleep. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really excited about this mattress! I think the hybrid memory foam with springs will be the best of both worlds. My daughter was wanting a queen for her first apartment and luckily this is what we received. Unfortunately she doesn't move into her apartment until August so we're leaving the mattress boxed until then. This is so incredibly convenient for moving! The box is heavy but not unmanageable and definitely will be SO much easier to move than a traditional queen mattress. So for convenience I rate this mattress highly! For comfort, I'll return with an updated review in a couple months.
