My bed was delivered by FedEx, and the delivery did not match what was advertised or paid for.
The listing clearly stated white glove inside delivery, yet the shipment was dropped at the door. The box was very heavy and required two FedEx drivers just to unload it from the truck. Despite this, they refused to assist with bringing it upstairs.
Additionally, the box was ripped open and appeared previously opened or used, which is unacceptable for a product sold as new. I tried to upload pictures but there was a error uploading the file.

Total disappointment

My wife and I have had a few different boxed mattresses -- this one, so far, seems to be the best quality.  I like a firm mattress and she likes a plush. This one seems to suit us both fairly well.  Time will tell as our last one (different brand) began go sag where we slept.
