When the commercials have the sheep. The first night I slept on my Serta icomfort cf1000 12" hybrid mattress I felt like I was counting in the sheep in heaven. Simply amazing! Who would have ever thought a mattress in a box would be fabulous??!! Not only is the mattress beautiful, but the support is wonderful. Our house is divided in the soft/firm camp and this one makes us both happy. The mattress doesn't run hot (a big concern for me!). Truly never thought we would get a mattress without trying it out first in a store, but REALLY this mattress is GREAT!

My daughter was wanting a queen for her first apartment and luckily this is what we received. Unfortunately she doesn't move into her apartment until August so we're leaving the mattress boxed until then. This is so incredibly convenient for moving! The box is heavy but not unmanageable and definitely will be SO much easier to move than a traditional queen mattress. So for convenience I rate this mattress highly! For comfort, I'll return with an updated review in a couple months.

I wish I had gotten it for myself now! It has a perfect mix of soft and comfy without being so soft you can’t get out of bed. The hybrid style is great for support but has the movement transfer like a memory foam mattress. The mattress is all luxury and looks like the fabric won’t pill or discolor easily. The edges are crisp and give an elevated look to the room. I am very very pleased with this bed. No smell upon opening and fluffed out within minutes. 100% buying a king size next 🤩

It feels like sleeping on a cloud with enough support to wake up feeling refreshed. It seems like a great price for this type of hybrid mattress.
