[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty rad fridge, my brother thinks we live in an episode of “Cribs” now. Dual ice maker and flexible fridge are great as we have a chest freezer in the garage. We got the counter depth version and I’m glad we did. As you can see in the pictures it sticks out just enough to open the doors all the way, and with the large island we need the room there. Love the blue upper and gray lower panels, with the idea that we can change them in a few years if we want.

From the aesthetic panels to the auto-fill water pitcher to the WiFi connectivity, this fridge has it all. I'm so glad I bought this fridge, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else considering getting a new fridge. The auto-fill water pitcher is my favorite feature so far. I have. a family of six, so we go through water very quickly. Usually we'll have a line by the fridge of people waiting to use the water dispenser. Or, one of us has to fill up a jug to take tot he table with us. Samsung has answered our problems with this fridge. Now with only a few seconds of waiting, my family can get a full jug of water that hydrates a growing group of rascals.

Glad for the alarm when leaving door open. Everyone who sees it thinks it’s awesome looking. Get to customize with different color panels. Makes 2 different type of ice.

Purchased in Nov 2024. The refrigerator is quiet and we love the beverage center. I added an extra in-line filter behind the fridge to remove more things like PFAS etc. and the water tastes great which is saying a lot since I really don't like plain water. The beverage pitcher is a fantastic feature that we use every day for cooking etc. Also with the Flex feature we made bottom right side a fridge for my daughter for easy access from her wheelchair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge six months ago so I have gotten a really good feel for it’s quality & functionality by now. I am a foodie & the main cook & grocery shopper in my house so a great quality fridge is simply necessity for me. The first thing that caught my attention was obviously the gorgeous glass exterior. It is a stunningly beautiful, modern & unique looking fridge but as I examined the floor model in person I fell in love with the interior as well. I love the auto refill water pitcher. Used heavily by the whole family. I rarely buy water bottles anymore. It also has a water dispenser which I love for my five year old who can easily serve himself water without my help. I love how both of these features are on the inside of the fridge as opposed to the outside giving it a clean sleek look. On to the freezer… I didn’t think I’d love scooping out the ice from the little bins but now I actually prefer it because when we have company I can just pull the whole container out & there’s a bunch of ice ready to go. No need to stand there & noisily fill every cup at a traditional ice dispenser. I love the two different size ice cubes. Perhaps a bit extra but I personally love options! Next & probably our favorite & the thing our guests are always impressed with is that we use the bottom right portion as an mini fridge/adult beverage space. Another thing I love is how easy it is to clean. I’ve cleaned many fridges & this has been the only one I actually enjoy cleaning. No inaccessible cracks or nooks. Everything is easy to remove & wash. The glass cleans easily with regular glass cleaner or warm water & Dawn dish liquid. A couple things to note: make sure you check & wash the water pitcher frequently because ours has grown small bits of mildew if we don’t wash it often. The pitcher is very easy to take apart, wash & put back together. Also, the pitcher will not fill with water if you don’t put it precisely in place. Happens a several times a week especially because how heavily we use it. This fridge will beep if the door is not closed properly. Only annoying when you clean the fridge. It will alarm several times. I recommend downloading the app to alert your phone so your food doesn’t go bad. To conclude, sometimes you buy a product & when you use it you wonder if the people who created it actually tested it in real work environments but I feel like THIS product was actually used & tested because it just works & flows as a whole & any kinks have already been caught & fixed before it gets to the consumer. It’s well made. Well put together. Functional. Looks beautiful in my home. Guests always compliment & want to to more about it. Super happy over all with my refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved and needed to update our 7+ year old refrigerator and I am so happy with the Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator. I feel the four doors make it feel very spacious. My favorite feature is the Beverage Center, I love that we don’t need to open the entire refrigerator to grab a drink. I love how it helps keep our beverages organized. I really love having both the pitcher of filtered water and the push button to dispense filtered water. I was really happy to see the two ice sizes, I feel ice can make a drink better. I love that the smaller ice easily fits in water bottles. I love the SmartThingsApp it was easy to download and easy to use. It is nice to be able to adjust my refrigerator right from my phone. Another feature I was impressed with is the Flex Zone in the freezer, it will be a nice option to have during the holidays. We all need more refrigerator space during the holidays. Another feature I was really happy about in the freezer is the shelves that pull out, I feel this will help keep our freezer stay organized and will help prevent things from being buried and lost in the freezer. I like the UV Deodorizer Light Filter to help keep my refrigerator smelling fresh and especially love that I don’t have to change that filter. I am really excited to put the fingerprint resistant stainless steel to the test especially with four sons, this is a must have. The Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator fit so nicely in our space! Every time I walk in the kitchen it brings a smile to my face.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge not only looks good, but is quite spacious for a counter depth refrigerator. The smart things app is great if you want to control your fridge at your convenience., like changing the temperature or changing modes in flex crisper. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel looks luxurious and a great feature too. The flex zone is great because I don’t need a huge freezer and it has the option for turning it into a fridge from a freezer. You also get two types of ice and a beverage zone with an autofill pitcher. Overall, it’s a pretty good fridge, highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lets start with the looks. I like the look with no handles but it does take a little getting used to. Also when opening the left side you need to open from top or bottom as opening from the middle accesses the beverage center. Ice- I like that you get both ice cubes and ice bites (in individual trays) and that they even included an ice scoop. You can even tell the refrigerator not to make ice at night! Beverage center - easy access to beverages, water pitcher (for quick pour) and water dispenser. (pitcher is quicker). Automatic refills to pitcher quickly. Naturally you sacrifice a but of refrigerator space. Flexibility - it is nice to be able to configure the lower right to be used as either a refrigerator or a freezer and specifically 5 different temperature settings. App - The app is convenient for many things including but not limited to checking if door is open, temperature, quick freeze, quick cool, ice on and off. Would recommend and would buy again
