The water pitcher is great! This is our second samsung refrigerator. We have enjoyed both and love this one even more than our first one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful Bespoke Refrigerator from Samsung Smart Things app connectivity was a breeze to do. Just scanned the QR code and everything was connected through WiFi and could easily control the Flex Zone settings and other settings. Controlling this beast with this technology was amazing. Beverage center is a perfect place for quality and filtered water. Product worked like a diamond. After few pitchers, the water was pristine to drink. Auto-fill pitcher is another great technology to keep the bottle filled every time and this is an amazing addition to my home. This reduces the time to wait for the water to be filled and it is readily available. Ice Maker did its magic in delivering 2 varieties of ice. Moving from a standard one to 4 door gave us plenty of room to keep things refrigerated. And Flex Zone is a plus when i don't need more items to froze. Counter depth was perfect to the kitchen as it didn't take any extra space. The stainless steel is amazing.. and it looks like a mirror... Upgrading from the app was great and it worked fine. Overall a best class Refrigerator from Samsung.

If we need more refrigerator space no problem, more freezer space no problem. We also love the two types of ice! So far this refrigerator has been a great buy!

Not even 3 years and the ice maker and control panels don't work, the self filling water pitcher doesn't fill all the time. They make this type of refrigerators just to last a very short time. So if you are looking for something that is worth your money don't buy a samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so pleased with our new Samsung Refrigerator! Our old fridge was getting loud and on its last legs, so were were ready to get something new and more advanced. This fits the bill! The top two doors are the fridge, but you can also make the bottom right area a fridge also if you want more fridge than freezer space. It's easy to choose the setting from fridge to freezer mode! We decided to keep both bottom doors a freezer. It makes a ton of ice in two different varieties: cubed ice and ice bites. The only comment on the ice I would make is that a couple times it fell behind the drawer and landed in the freezer area. Suggestion for anyone with this ice maker--make sure you bring the older ice forward in the bin with the included scoop so that new ice can drop to the back of the tray. Also the beverage dispenser in the left top door is an absolute DREAM! You can either fill your cup from the automatic dispenser or take a drink from the pitcher within the beverage center. I plan on making lime-infused water in the pitcher just to feel fancy! I will say, the stainless steel claims to be fingerprint resistant but you can definitely see fingerprints on there—but they wipe off very easily with a cloth and all purpose cleaner. The SmartThings app is also a nice addition to be able to monitor your fridge settings or get notified if something is wrong. If you've been waiting to get a fridge that's worth every penny, I would grab this Samsung Bespoke fridge. You won't regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Samsung refrigerator. For a counter depth model, this fridge has tons of space. It is such a pleasure to use and allows me the ability to easily organize everything which is a blessing with 2 teenagers. I previously had a single drawer freezer which was always a mess but this fridge with its side by side freezer sections is so much better and the flex zone, which we use as a freezer, is great to have in case I need more fridge space for the holidays. The icing on the cake is the autofill pitcher. I didn’t realize how much I would love this. I use it to fill my water glass, the coffee maker, the dog’s water bowls, and pretty much anything else that requires water. It is extremely convenient and so much faster than the built in water dispenser. There’s also the beverage center and the 2 types of ice in the freezer.

It looks so good and love the huge shelves inside. The doors also hold a lot more than I thought they would. I really like the 4 door look and function. The anti-fingerprint finish does help to reduce smudges from touches and gives it a nice shine. I love the hidden door to the beverage center, makes it so easy to grab a drink or a snack. I find that the beverage center helps me to drink more water throughout the day since it’s there so easy to get to and perfectly chilled. You can also infuse your water with fruit with the built-in pitcher. Of course, you still have the standard water dispenser to get water in your cup. The ice maker is great, really cool that you get two different types of ice. Linking your fridge to the Samsung SmartThings app is really easy and allows you to control fridge settings such as temps, ice makers and FlexZone. You can make these changes from anywhere, you don’t have to be home. The FlexZone is a really cool idea, you can adjust the temperature in that one zone to be just the right temps for fruits and vegetables, meats, drinks, regular freezer or soft freeze. The app also tracks energy usage, it’s cool to see how efficient this refrigerator is compared to average usage in the neighborhood. I’m blown away at how little power it uses. The fridge is really quiet and does a great job of keeping everything cold or frozen, in other words it does its job and it does it well. I would recommend and I think you will be impressed, Samsung has done a great job.

We bought this about 10 months ago. It's nice. Looks great. Except. The freezer door will open as you open the refrigerator door. Or as you close it. Or if it feels like it. There are motion sensors in the sides of the doors, a nearby hand wave will do it. The freezer will stay open a half inch until your food defrosts or you come home and notice. My take on this is that refrigerators have been around for 100 years. The science of getting the doors to close should have been settled by now. Two service calls. The first recommended loading the door with heavy stuff so it stayed closed. Service tech said this was a known problem. The second replaced the door. Neither fix worked. Samsung is not exactly jumping through hoops to fix this, so I guess for the 10 years and one month that refrigerators last these days, we will have soft ice cream.

This is my first Samsung Fridge - my TVs are all Samsung as well as our mobile phones. This Fridge is really cool and elegant and has transformed our kitchen given its very exquisite modern look, the glass panels and the 4 door combo. The Fridge is very technologically advanced and you can control certain features through a mobile App. My favorite in the Fridge ia the automatically refillable water pitcher! This is a very cool innovation that revised the water immediately you put back the pitcher. You no longer have to stand and wait in front of the Fridge for your glass to fill up! The water pitcher also has an internal pouch where you can place lemon, mint leaves or other fruit to get your flavored water at your fingertips!!
