[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shopped a lot of different brands and models. This Samsung model and the best designs and features in the market. We love the clean design and modern look but the game changer is the beverage center that has a self filling water pitcher. We also love the ice cube bins that offer 2 different kinds of ice. No more unsightly external water dispenser where the ice always gets stuck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely worth the wait. The drawers rather than bins in the freezer make it so much more usable. You can actually find what you are looking for without taking everything out. We are loving the water pitcher in the door. Every day we find a new reason to love this refridgerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge was everything we wanted and more. We recently moved to a new place that required us to find a fridge that fit our needs, budget and lifestyle. This checked every box for me and my family. We love the Beverage Center that comes with a built in-water dispenser and a pitcher that automatically refills. The capacity of this fridge is huge! I’m able to do a full grocery store haul and still have left over space for when we get takeout. Also, the bottom right is a “FlexZone” that allows us to pick if we want it to be a fridge or freezer which is awesome. For events, were able to dedicate the whole space to beverages. No more filling up that ice chest with expensive ice. Oh speaking of ice, you have two (2) ice types that have huge trays and a convenient little scoop. The integrated SmartThings App allows me to add food to a list that lets me and my wife know what we have and how long we have it. I’m the worst at making sure food is used or disposed of in a reasonable time so the app keeps me honest. We have a toddle who loves putting their grimy little fingers over everything. Our model has the Fingerprint Resistant model which reduces the ugly smudges that tend to plague other models. This feature is a must for those with little ones. All and all, if you’re in the market, highly check this model out. We love it and have no regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for 2 weeks, and I am obsessed with it! It looks terrific, and I love that the glass doors can so easily be cleaned. The internal design is well thought out, well organized, and roomy. Before purchase, I wondered which was a better option: a drawer freezer vs a doored freezer, and I am so happy to have gone with the door, since it enables excellent organization and it looks so symmetrical and sleek. I also love the beverage center and the ice maker. So far, everything is working very well, and the fridge is quiet. One of the best purchases I have ever made!!! Just need to rebuild the surrounding cabinetry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bespoke refrigerator was a great addition to our kitchen. We modern design fits right in with our style. There are a few things I love about the refrigerator and a few things I would change. What we like: -The flex zone, allows you to choose what temperature works best for your household. We have a garage freezer so limited freezer space was not an issue for us. -the beverage zone. I love that it is hidden inside the door. No spillage marks down the front of the fridge. The pitcher is a great touch. -Counter depth. We love that it doesn’t stick out as much and makes the kitchen feel bigger. -Large refrigerator area. For being counter depth, there is plenty of space in the refrigeration area. -The ice bites. Mini ice cubes are perfect to fit in any container you want including water bottles, a great addition. Things I would change: -The Smartthings app. It does not serve a big purpose. The only thing I would use it for would be to change the temp of the flex zone but I can easily do that on the fridge itself. It’s one of those apps that will be the first to go when you need space. -The ice trays. I love the idea of them and the scoop is great but they spill ice every time you try to take some. We have had the refrigerator a few days and I can only imagine how much ice is hiding under the freezer drawer by now. Overall, it’s a great refrigerator. I’m really happy with my purchase and I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just git to our house and we did our kitchen. We bought the Samsung 23cu ft smart counter depth bespoke fridge and we couldn’t be more than happy with that. The color fits perfectly wity our kitchen. The lines are clean and modern. It has 4 doors(5 if you include the bar one). So far so good! The delivery was fast and ok the spot. They were beyond nice and attentive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love the Bespoke Refrigerator from Samsung. This is such an amazing refrigerator it is so spacious and bright inside. I love the ease of accessing certain items from an outside door. And the 4 doors make it much more accessible for older and disabled people. The water pitcher is very helpful for refilling the coffee maker and tea boiler with filtered water. Another great feature for me as an older adult is the freezer doors opening and allowing slide out shelves. Everyone has remarked how sleek and beautiful the fridge is. The open door alarm has saved us many times too! I am thankful to have this in our house!

I love this refrigerator. The top doors make it easy to organize your stuff so it is easy to get to. That, and the flexibility of the bottom frig/freezer, makes staging things for harvesting or the holidays much easier. I like the ice maker better than I thought I would. The only thing so far that drives me nuts is that the frig/freezer door pocket shelves are less than two standard soda cans deep. That was a missed opportunity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our 4 Door Flex Fridge for a while now and it suits our needs well. Honestly, we were worried about ordering this fridge as there are reviews that indicate the parts are hard to find and if something goes wrong, it's hard to repair. So, we did hesitate. But for the space we have and the needs for size, etc., we decided to purchase it despite some concerns. It has been fine so far and we hope it continues to work for many many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this fridge is top notch. The glass front panels are so attractive, every thing that moves seems like it gliding. Doors open and close solidly, the dual ice feature is awesome, and separating the water dispenser from the ice maker is genius - no more leaking
