It looks so good and love the huge shelves inside. The doors also hold a lot more than I thought they would. I really like the 4 door look and function. The anti-fingerprint finish does help to reduce smudges from touches and gives it a nice shine. I love the hidden door to the beverage center, makes it so easy to grab a drink or a snack. I find that the beverage center helps me to drink more water throughout the day since it’s there so easy to get to and perfectly chilled. You can also infuse your water with fruit with the built-in pitcher. Of course, you still have the standard water dispenser to get water in your cup. The ice maker is great, really cool that you get two different types of ice. Linking your fridge to the Samsung SmartThings app is really easy and allows you to control fridge settings such as temps, ice makers and FlexZone. You can make these changes from anywhere, you don’t have to be home. The FlexZone is a really cool idea, you can adjust the temperature in that one zone to be just the right temps for fruits and vegetables, meats, drinks, regular freezer or soft freeze. The app also tracks energy usage, it’s cool to see how efficient this refrigerator is compared to average usage in the neighborhood. I’m blown away at how little power it uses. The fridge is really quiet and does a great job of keeping everything cold or frozen, in other words it does its job and it does it well. I would recommend and I think you will be impressed, Samsung has done a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love the Bespoke Refrigerator from Samsung. This is such an amazing refrigerator it is so spacious and bright inside. I love the ease of accessing certain items from an outside door. And the 4 doors make it much more accessible for older and disabled people. The water pitcher is very helpful for refilling the coffee maker and tea boiler with filtered water. Another great feature for me as an older adult is the freezer doors opening and allowing slide out shelves. Everyone has remarked how sleek and beautiful the fridge is. The open door alarm has saved us many times too! I am thankful to have this in our house!

The overall cooling features of this refrigerator are phenomenal as it preserves all the foods and beverages in excellent condition. I also like the smart features of this fridge as I can adjust the temperature settings conveniently online. The way this refrigerator looks beside my kitchen gives a minimalist luxurious tone with handleless features glowing across the living room. I would recommend this refrigerator since it also has a huge storage space with separate compartments provided and evenly spaced out. Another advantage to this refrigerator is easy cleaning and fingerprint-proof. It is a must to own this refrigerator!

Every person who visits my home wants a "tour" of the new fridge. The outside is truly fingerprintless, some of the shelves are adjustable but still plenty of room for tall items, and NO drink/ice dispenser on the outside. Just a clean sleek look!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tall, stainless steel fridge looked intimidating in the pictures but after seeing it in person, I can assuredly say it’s a nice looking fridge that will match any kitchen style. The odor neutralizing feature was a surprising addition that we never had before. We eat a lot of fermented foods and home-cooked meals daily and this feature DOES work. It’s a small detail about this fridge that makes a big difference. Even after using it for a few weeks, our fridge smells like nothing. I also love that the bottom-right section can be either a fridge or a freezer and can be switched back and forth with a button. Some people don’t need massive freezer space while others might prefer a freezer space separate from the ice maker! Also, I appreciate that this fridge is both spacious and only counter-deep. For shorter people, this is great because you don’t have to grab a stepping stool to grab an item in the back. Also makes it easier to clean. The beverage center is interesting. It’s inside the fridge so you need to open the door (with a small handle on the bottom, very intuitive) to get water. Which is a new design I haven’t seen before. I appreciate that the auto-fill pitcher adds another level of convenience. I haven’t tried infusing anything in the water yet but I’m excited to try it out. I think it’d work well to prepare cold brew tea with it. My dad wanted me to add that our previous fridge was bigger and bulkier. However, our new Samsung fridge has more space despite being smaller. Big plus! Overall, we’ve enjoyed this fridge a lot so far. I’m hoping it lasts a long time because it fulfills the needs of our foodie family and has features you never knew you wanted.

This is the first time we’ve ever been able to keep our items organized in the fridge and freezer. Many great features. The only thing I would change is space between shelves to accommodate tall pots/ items .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially a little hesitant since this model had just come out, however after 6 months of usage I am very satisfied with the product and servers my purpose, able to use 1 of the bottom door as a freeze and the other one as a regular fridge.

on the outside its a beautiful fridge, however not as described in mechanics, and delivery process was horrific and quite frustrating. ice is not nugget ice, and it is one of the main reasons we bought it. people who delivered had no clue about the product nor how to properly assist in removal of old fridge. they were not even samsung employees.
