We Love Our Refrigerator

We have had this refrigerator for 3 months. Both my husband and I say almost every day “ I love this refrigerator!” Best refrigerator we have ever had. It’s perfect. Ice maker even kept up during Christmas for 10 adults. Used the flex section as extra refrigerator space during the holidays. We hated our old Samsung Refrigerator that leaked and loud ice maker. But this one has no flaws. Just buy it. You’ll love it too!

Love the beverage center!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the clean modern style of my Bespoke fridge and the ease of cleaning the surface. A quick spray of window cleaner on a cloth and it’s perfect; I like it better than stainless. The beverage center is a great feature and my active family uses it constantly. Filtered water and choice of ice size at your fingertips. Veggie bins keep produce fresh. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Ultramodern Versatile Option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My whole family seems to really like this refrigerator. I never knew what an important part of our house this product was until we changed what we had! I’ll go step by step with pros and cons based off my/our opinion on this! SmartThings App : I am the only one in the house with the app. It is easy to use and convenient if you need to change the flex zone or lighting/ice options. I was able to adjust what time I’d like the lighting to be dimmed at night when opening the fridge, which I think is a nice feature. Another considerate option is to not make ice at night, which isn’t very loud anyways but, I turned it on because it seems to make too much ice that the tray gets too full. You don’t need the app to change the flex zone, so in general it’s not really needed. I have young children and they like to leave our fridge open for longer than it should be and the app alerts me if this is done and also alerts me if the door is closed. The door app I’m not sure if I’d rate as a pro or con but mostly pro I suppose so it’s never accidentally left open! Capacity: Overall I have no complaint about capacity. Pro is the Flexzone’s ability to not just be a freezer. My toddler wouldn’t be able to reach the top fridge so we turned that into his own “baby fridge”. So for him this was world changing to have his own little fridge to himself. For me I’ll just change it back to a freezer if needed. Beverage Center : I think the beverage center is so snazzy and helpful! It enhances the capacity to hold more and provides more options! Dual Ice Maker : So this is more of a pro, I love that there’s two kinds of ice and ice bits are great. It does get overly full and when you scoop it out, it tends to fall in the back which a con. This should be able to be adjusted to make less ice. I don’t even want to know how much ice has already fallen behind it. Fingerprint resistant stainless: My real only con on this fridge. By having little ones this happens often. So it does sort of have less fingerprint marks but they still are prevalent. I’m hoping if we change the door panels to a different color this might be a better option. The fridge does clean up easy enough though. This isn’t a big enough deal to not recommend. A big pro in my eyes and something noticeable about this fridge is how it doesn’t have door handles, I believe that makes it look so sleek and modern. Overall love this

Love the Blue

Best Bespoke Refrigerator

Ice maker issues along with everyone else

The ice maker stopped working after about 2 years. There are chips and craps in the ice tray and doors. It also dents easily. I have tried finding panels to replace them but they are either out of stock or one available when I need two.

No Panels!!!

This refrigerator has been standing in my kitchen for almost 2 years without any panels. I have checked the website over and over looking for availability of the colored panels I was promised when I purchased it. Now I find out all the colors have been discontinued with the exception of a limited few. What a scam. So now I will be forced to choose white or stainless which I could have had in any frig on the market back then. It's unfortunate that Samsung has put so much money into marketing the Bespoke line and not into the actual product they sold.

Worst appliance I’ve purchased along with the dw

The front lower part of the fridge (frame surrounding the 2 compartments) is so hot that you can’t touch it longer than 1-2 seconds for fear of burns. I’ve never experienced this before and consider it a safety hazard, particularly, with my younger grandchildren. It also impacts the ability of the freezer side to produce ice. I have to keep a cooler in the kitchen just to have any ice. Other dw I had kept breaking and I had to always wait on parts. Only 3 years old. I got rid of it and purchased a different brand. I’ve had nothing but problems with all of my Samsung appliances. What a huge disappointment. I guess my stove will be next.

Samsung Bespoke broke after 2 years

My samsung bespoke refrigerator broke only after 2 years of usage. Diagnosis says compressor kit and main board needs replacement. These are the heart of the refrigerator. I heard the compressor is in back order so no chance this will be fixed anytime soon. The inverter compressor is in 10 year warranty so I hope you give me the attention i need. This is so frustrating , I had so much hope on this ref.

You may want to look elsewhere.

Ice cube tray.... Is it the beginning of the end? We spent a lot of money to have water just pouring into the ice cube container, not the tray!
