It looks so good in my kitchen and it is a conversation piece. I love the style and the beverage station is wonderful. Having the ice dispensed into trays so that there is two different sizes is amazing. Not only do I love it but so does my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a refrigerator for a home we were moving into and after looking at multiple refrigerators we found the Bespoke from Samsung! Pros are the automatic filling pitcher and the water spout (which is inside the door which we found to be better than it being outside). The ample shelf room and four separate doors make storing foods at different temperatures easy. Their are two separate types of ice (small and large) which are perfect for different of beverages. We love how the refrigerator is also a statement piece for our kitchen! The only con is that sometimes the automatic water pitcher will not refill unless it is giggled in place, but that by no means is a deal breaker!

The ice maker makes two types of ice. One is cubed and the other is bite-sized. They are stored in the freezer in separate bins that automatically fill. There is also a feature in the Smart Things app that has it make ice faster. This is perfect for parties. In the app, you can even tell it not to make ice at night so that you don’t hear any noise when ice is made. This refrigerator has one door with a flex zone. That particular compartment can be set as a freezer or as a refrigerator. The app allows you to use settings, such as freeze, soft freeze, meat/fish, fruit/veggies, or beverage. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fridge, but needs a few functional design modifications to improve ease of use. The design is nice and modern and I really like how clean it looks. Definitely finger proof (as long as your hands aren’t covered). The UV sanitizer inside is a nice addition! The shelves are easy to move around for what works best for you and there is plenty of storage in the doors in both the fridge and freezer/ flex zones. The shelves in the freezer and flex zone pull out, which is amazing for easily finding what you’re looking for. The beverage zone is perfect, I use large water cups and the pitcher makes it so much quicker to fill my cup. The flex zone is a really cool feature, we plan on using it for drinks and a wine fridge. Overall I’m very satisfied with this fridge. A few things could do with adjustments. The ice maker is awesome and I love the ice bites, but the tray is kind of awful. The pieces that go in the front of the tray to hold the scoop just get in the way and make it super difficult to get ice and the back is really low so when the tray is full of ice and you try to scoop up ice it pushes ice off the back and they fall to the shelf below. My back would also appreciate if the ice shelf could be pulled out a little further. The handles on the bottom of the fridge doors are a kind of weird angle to turn my wrist. It would be nice if there was also a handle on the top. There’s also no cheese drawer, the junk drawer of the fridge, so there’s not really anywhere to easily store the small awkward shaped items. Right note I’m using a basket, but I’m going to have to see if I can find a drawer I can set on one of the shelves. Overall I really like this fridge. While it could use a few improvements, its design has been well thought out and it provides a new type of flexibility and a new approach to fridges.

So much to love, easy to clean, easy to see and organize, beautifully reflecting glass makes my space seem so much bigger. But the pitcher stopped working. Slowly at first. Hiccups every few months. Now nothing expired warranted and $400 minimum to get it working again.

It’s HUGE inside, feels nice and sturdy and there are so many great features that we LOVE! Pros: •The glass panels are amazing! They are super easy to clean, resist smudges and gone are the days of worrying about dents in the front of my fridge. My husband loves the fact that it isn’t magnetic on the front with the glass panels and it then doesn’t become cluttered. • The sliding freezer drawers are AMAZING! It makes it so much easier to see what’s inside when you are getting a grocery list or dinner idea together. They feel nice and sturdy and slide with ease. • The water pitcher/dispenser. It’s in a great spot so you don’t have to worry about little hands accidentally touching it and spilling water all over your floor and the auto filling pitcher is fantastic for when you want to fill a big bottle quickly or have out when everyone is gathered around the table so you don’t have to keep getting up to fill glasses • Storage. I swear every spot that you hope would have storage in this HAS IT! •Easy to clean. The shelves and drawers all wipe down super easy and so does the outside panels! •interior user panel/wifi connection. I honestly thought I would never want to connect my phone to my fridge but it’s super convenient for turning on/off the ice and auto fill pitcher and it will also send you a notification if one of the doors is left open and the small panel on the inside of the fridge is easy to use (and clean) as well! Cons: •it took FOREVER to come (but was 100% worth the wait and with everything on back order due to COVID wasn’t surprising) and one of our ice bins was broken. •Adjustment. Not much availability to move the height of the shelves in the freezer area although the fridge area does wonderful in that regard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my refrigerator for a little over 2 months. It is performing nearly perfect. I love how bright the interior is lighted, the stainless steel is easy too clean, I like not having handles. The freezor is larger than I expected. I use both lower sections on freeze. The only thing I am not happy with are the ice baskets. The cubes freeze together and have to be broken apart or dumped and start over frequently. Over all I am pleased with my new refrigerator.

i was really happy to get this refrigerator delivered. it looks sleek and modern and looks great in my new house. inside is spacious and well organized. the beverage center is great and although i have only had it a few weeks, i am happy i went with this model.
