Last fridge broke so I had to replace and I am so happy with our new bespoke flex! I was worried about space but it’s so well designed I feel like we have more space not less! The beverage center is awesome!! And I wasn’t sure about the flex space but we’ve used it both as a beverage fridge and a freezer and I am loving the flexibility to meet our needs whatever the day or necessity. Only complaint is the ice trays seems to lose ice out of the back and slip down into the freezer but it’s a minor inconvenience. Also had to replace the water line with copper as the new plastic one that was installed had the water and ice tasting/smelling like plastic but it was a relatively easy fix. Would recommend.

Refrigerator with Beverage Center for a few weeks now and love the upgrade from my previous refrigerator. - The Beverage Center™ is a unique and interesting way to save space while also saving on energy and keeping your fridge cold. This is a feature that I truly did not know that I needed until I had a refrigerator with this feature. - The Dual Ice maker is nice, but not convenient. The trays are difficult to access and spill ice when you access them. It is however great to have two different kinds of ice that don’t have to be large ice cubes or crushed. - The FlexZone™ is another feature that is a fantastic addition. I love having the ability to adjust that section to be a freezer, drink fridge or just have additional fridge space. The ability to choose what I need and when I need it is a great addition. - The Finger Resistant Stainless-Steel doors are exactly that. Any fingerprints that do show up are very easy to clean. - The Slide-In shelf and available storage is very sleek and spacious. There is more than enough space for everything that my family needs with room to spare. All-in-all this fridge is fantastic. It fits perfectly in my kitchen and has proven to be everything advertised with a little bit extra. I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fridge, but needs a few functional design modifications to improve ease of use. The design is nice and modern and I really like how clean it looks. Definitely finger proof (as long as your hands aren’t covered). The UV sanitizer inside is a nice addition! The shelves are easy to move around for what works best for you and there is plenty of storage in the doors in both the fridge and freezer/ flex zones. The shelves in the freezer and flex zone pull out, which is amazing for easily finding what you’re looking for. The beverage zone is perfect, I use large water cups and the pitcher makes it so much quicker to fill my cup. The flex zone is a really cool feature, we plan on using it for drinks and a wine fridge. Overall I’m very satisfied with this fridge. A few things could do with adjustments. The ice maker is awesome and I love the ice bites, but the tray is kind of awful. The pieces that go in the front of the tray to hold the scoop just get in the way and make it super difficult to get ice and the back is really low so when the tray is full of ice and you try to scoop up ice it pushes ice off the back and they fall to the shelf below. My back would also appreciate if the ice shelf could be pulled out a little further. The handles on the bottom of the fridge doors are a kind of weird angle to turn my wrist. It would be nice if there was also a handle on the top. There’s also no cheese drawer, the junk drawer of the fridge, so there’s not really anywhere to easily store the small awkward shaped items. Right note I’m using a basket, but I’m going to have to see if I can find a drawer I can set on one of the shelves. Overall I really like this fridge. While it could use a few improvements, its design has been well thought out and it provides a new type of flexibility and a new approach to fridges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for several weeks now. Its by far the most elegant appliance I have in my house. The glossy of the glass panel makes it stands out. The option to choose the different type of panels to match your decore is what makes this fridge stands out from the rest. We chose a two color scheme for our fridge. The fridge looks like a standard side by side. But when you open up the top. It has a full top compartment. So you can put a large cake inside if you want. Very convenient. The two bottom compartment is the freezer. But one of the compartment can be changed to a fridge since it has its own temperature settings. We have a freezer in the garage already so we ended up setting the bottom right as a fridge as well for extra storage. Very clever and functionable. I love when a fridge has a built in ice maker. This one is a little different. There is no traditional ice dispenser on the door, but its built inside the freezer compartment. You get two size ices. My daughter and wife love the small ice. The automatic water dispenser on the door as you open it is the coolest thing. It will keep filling the container to keep it constantly cold all the time. Don't have to worry about filling it up when it gets low. Great idea! Best part of this fridge is there is no fingerprint on the panels. Our old fridge is full of fingerprints and no matter how much you clean it, it is still there. This is you barely notice and fingerprints, but if there were any. You can easily wipe it off. This fridge really combine the Beauty of Samsung with the Functionality of a modern fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched from the 'Smart Hub" 4 door unit for simplification purposes and to abate future problems with the Hub (Computer.) The unit is humongous to say the least...Impressive in virtually every aspect i.e. innovation,particularly with the ice cube dispensar. Very deep shelving which allows for more than adequate storage however, we were astonished there is no "Deli Drawer" in this Unit and we're still wondering WHY? Our Deli-Drawer was probably one of the Most utilized storage spaces in ALL of our previous Refrigerators. ( 'Might want to rethink something there.) The internal Water Pitcher is unique and my wife absolutely LOVES IT! She even slices lemon up and puts in the water...Pretty nifty!

Not even 3 years and the ice maker and control panels don't work, the self filling water pitcher doesn't fill all the time. They make this type of refrigerators just to last a very short time. So if you are looking for something that is worth your money don't buy a samsung

When they delivered this through xpo logistics, we had some issues with them because of their ignorance not knowing how to properly deliver or install this beautiful machine but since then everything has been awesome. It is really spacious and look of it is just incredible and it never gets old. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, my previous refrigerator was working fine, so I had no need for a new fridge. However, when I saw this one with all its features, I convinced myself that my old fridge wasn't good enough anymore. My very favorite feature is the beverage center with the self-filling pitcher. I know that a self-filling pitcher seems minor, but it is a GAME CHANGER. I also love the two kinds of ice it makes, and the ice scoop is a very cute touch. The sections make it easy to stay organized and there is a lot of room! My former refrigerator was jam packed, but once I moved everything to this one, I would say I am using about 70% of capacity? I have not utilized the Smart Things App too much, but my partner has, and she mentions she enjoys it a lot because she can adjust the settings from anywhere. For example, being able to adjust the light inside the fridge maybe isn't the most necessary feature for us, but it is fun. I haven't noticed any fingerprints on the outside since we got the fridge, so clearly the fingerprint-resistant steel is working!

It looks so nice with our upgraded cabinetry as well as other appliances. But most of all, I love how organized it keeps me. The ability to customize the door panels as well as the four different compartments, make it one of my favorite refrigerators that I’ve had so far. All the food that I’ve put in it stays fresh. The beverage center is one of my favorites as well. I’ve gotten rid of my separate icemaker because now everything is incorporated into the fridge. I also love how much more space I have to not only store more items but also neatly organize them! I was able to get rid of second small fridge that we kept to store additional milk gallons or juice cartons etc. The refrigerator looks so sleek and modern but is super easy to maintain because the stainless steel is fingerprint resistant. That means my toddler isn’t constantly leaving prints on the bottom half of the fridge anymore. I love it so much.
