HORRIBLE fridge. Died after just two years. Do not buy this product. Samsung should not be in the appliance game and their warranty of 12 months sucks.

This fridge only lasted 4 years and 2 months. The warranty is only 12 months for parts and labour. It is time for a new fridge (definitely a different brand this time). Will not recommend.

Use the water dispenser and auto fill pitcher constantly, great feature!

Ice cube tray.... Is it the beginning of the end? We spent a lot of money to have water just pouring into the ice cube container, not the tray!

We've had 2 Samsung refrigerators. Never again. After multiple ice maker replacements, it still doesn't work. Found out through a Facebook group action is going to be taken because it happens to most of their refrigerators with ice makers

Don't buy this fridge, it has dependability issues. I'm not reviewing the service, but If the fridge was dependable, you wouldn't have to worry about their terrible service team. We've had the fridge for 3 years and the compressor started making noise. Ok, 3 weeks later after one reschedule, the guy replaced the compressor with a defective compressor and 1 hour later, it was like having a lawnmower running in the garage. Not sure if this will ever get resolved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, very satisfied with the fridge, but it's not without a couple notes. First, all the pro's: - The water tastes great out of it, no complaints there. Each filtered fridge is a little different and pleased with this water taste. - I love the beverage center much more than I thought I would. To always have a pitcher of cold water has been great - makes refilling a coffee machine very easy. - I like the no-handle look - it's sleek and it's a little easier to match other appliances that have no handle but might be a different vendor. - It holds a good amount. This replaced another counter-depth and this holds a little more food. The freezer especially I wasn't sure about, but we were able to fit everything in there (using both the left and right as a freezer) we took out of the old one. - The accessories and layout of shelves compliment the fridge well and provide good flexibility to configure it the way you need. The challenges have been: - The finger print resistance is meh - it's easy to clean, but I don't think it resists them much. - Pay close attention to the height - it steps up and the doors are the tallest part. In the picture you can see the project we now have adjusting the cabinet above the fridge. It fit in the hole, but the cabinet doors can't open without hitting the fridge doors. - I still can't connect it to WiFi, it fails on the last step. I see it join my network for a couple seconds, then disconnect. I imagine this is solvable, but it's taking a lot of effort. Overall, very happy with the fridge. The last question will be longevity and hope that it lasts and can ventilate well being built into cabinets.

I never knew what an important part of our house this product was until we changed what we had! I’ll go step by step with pros and cons based off my/our opinion on this! SmartThings App : I am the only one in the house with the app. It is easy to use and convenient if you need to change the flex zone or lighting/ice options. I was able to adjust what time I’d like the lighting to be dimmed at night when opening the fridge, which I think is a nice feature. Another considerate option is to not make ice at night, which isn’t very loud anyways but, I turned it on because it seems to make too much ice that the tray gets too full. You don’t need the app to change the flex zone, so in general it’s not really needed. I have young children and they like to leave our fridge open for longer than it should be and the app alerts me if this is done and also alerts me if the door is closed. The door app I’m not sure if I’d rate as a pro or con but mostly pro I suppose so it’s never accidentally left open! Capacity: Overall I have no complaint about capacity. Pro is the Flexzone’s ability to not just be a freezer. My toddler wouldn’t be able to reach the top fridge so we turned that into his own “baby fridge”. So for him this was world changing to have his own little fridge to himself. For me I’ll just change it back to a freezer if needed. Beverage Center : I think the beverage center is so snazzy and helpful! It enhances the capacity to hold more and provides more options! Dual Ice Maker : So this is more of a pro, I love that there’s two kinds of ice and ice bits are great. It does get overly full and when you scoop it out, it tends to fall in the back which a con. This should be able to be adjusted to make less ice. I don’t even want to know how much ice has already fallen behind it. Fingerprint resistant stainless: My real only con on this fridge. By having little ones this happens often. So it does sort of have less fingerprint marks but they still are prevalent. I’m hoping if we change the door panels to a different color this might be a better option. The fridge does clean up easy enough though. This isn’t a big enough deal to not recommend. A big pro in my eyes and something noticeable about this fridge is how it doesn’t have door handles, I believe that makes it look so sleek and modern. Overall love this

This is my first Samsung Fridge - my TVs are all Samsung as well as our mobile phones. This Fridge is really cool and elegant and has transformed our kitchen given its very exquisite modern look, the glass panels and the 4 door combo. The Fridge is very technologically advanced and you can control certain features through a mobile App. My favorite in the Fridge ia the automatically refillable water pitcher! This is a very cool innovation that revised the water immediately you put back the pitcher. You no longer have to stand and wait in front of the Fridge for your glass to fill up! The water pitcher also has an internal pouch where you can place lemon, mint leaves or other fruit to get your flavored water at your fingertips!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the layout and functionality of the new refrigerator. Cooling seems to be consistent on all levels and we don't get any freezing in the back area's like our old unit. Ice maker works great and makes plenty of ice for the 3 of us. Once small complaint would be that there is not much room in the fridge for things that are tall like milk just and large condiment container. The top two door shelves are too short for milk jugs or coffee creamer containers. Glass panels are easy to keep clean. Probably the biggest problem is that the hinges on top are so high up that we cannot open the doors on the cabinets above the fridge all the way, but then not much stored there as it is too hard to reach so not much of an inconvenience. Overall, very nice Fridge. Freezer has no negatives. both sides work well layout wise and there is lots of room.
