[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shopped for a refrigerator for a long time before deciding to go with the customizable counter depth Bespoke one. I wanted to move the fridge a few steps out of the tiny kitchen into the adjoining dining room so I wanted it to look good. We are waiting to get all the panels we wanted but it will be worth the wait. Will look even better when a cabinet wraps it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually a fridge is just a fridge, but there are some new features here that I initially considered gimmicky, but now have fallen in love with. The first is the beverage center. Being able to quickly grab a pitcher of water, that's always full, has made filling the coffee machine so much more convenient. The other is the freezer configuration - it has more room that our older counter depth side-by-side, even with two different kinds of ice being made at the same time. It's also quieter than our previous fridge from 2008. Overall, the stainless finish is OK. It shows less fingerprints, not zero fingerprints. The fridge has never been able to join our wireless network for SmarterThings. We have an Eero 6e network setup with WPA3 enabled, and the fridge will associate with the network, get an IP, and never stay connected for more than a few seconds. We tried disabling features on the network, and same results. Eventually gave up and put an old cheap AP in place for just this to connect to. Just note if you have an Eero 6E mesh network, could have issues connecting. Once it was connected, nice to be able to configure the device using an app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks like a really neat fridge. The features are neat and the custom colors are a fun idea. Too bad we wound up having to return ours, it was too big to fit in the area we were putting it. Too tall. Double check your measurements - including the height! - before committing to it. If they came out with a slightly shorter one (and possibly, very slightly narrower), I would definitely consider it.

Love the glass panel designs ( we went with white top and Matt black bottoms). The top refrigerator section is large enough to store fresh produce and I love the flex freezer! The thing i love the most is no stainless steel exterior - so no fingerprints!! Beautiful fridge/freezer that really compliments my kitchen ❤️

We bought the Samsung 23cu ft smart counter depth bespoke fridge and we couldn’t be more than happy with that. The color fits perfectly wity our kitchen. The lines are clean and modern. It has 4 doors(5 if you include the bar one). So far so good! The delivery was fast and ok the spot. They were beyond nice and attentive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this fridge for a week now and so far I like it. I'm using and liking the beverage zone a lot because it's so convenient. The fridge looks very pretty and modern but its capacity is smaller than my previous fridge so I have to be conscious of the amount of food I buy right now. I love the app and the door open alarm as a mom of little ones. While I do like the different ice sizes, it does get a little bit of getting used to using the little scoop. It honestly doesn't make ice that fast either. Overall it is a nice fridge and I am enjoying using it. Hopefully it will last for a long time.

This is the first time we’ve ever been able to keep our items organized in the fridge and freezer. Many great features. The only thing I would change is space between shelves to accommodate tall pots/ items .

Purchased in Nov 2024. The refrigerator is quiet and we love the beverage center. I added an extra in-line filter behind the fridge to remove more things like PFAS etc. and the water tastes great which is saying a lot since I really don't like plain water. The beverage pitcher is a fantastic feature that we use every day for cooking etc. Also with the Flex feature we made bottom right side a fridge for my daughter for easy access from her wheelchair.

It's perfect for our family of 7 and the kids are able to use the water pitcher and get ice with ease. The pitcher itself at times fails to refill and some wiggling makes it work again... Over all just happy to have the ice in the freezer portion and the water dispenser in the fridge portion. I'm hoping this causes less failures over time which is common with fridges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Bespoke 4-door flex fridge for a little more than a month. So far I'm happy with it overall. I can change the panels to suit my needs. For example, when I think about painting my kitchen, I can change the panels on my fridge to blend with the color. I'm not stuck with one look. Currently my top panels are Tuscan and the bottoms are matte black. My counter top is a blend of browns and blacks so it goes well. My only complaints are in the beverage center, if the top shelf is push in place you can't get a gallon of milk out. I may have it in the wrong place but can't confirm because the instruction manual doesn't provide enough instruction based on MY model.
