Too much sauce. Needs more flavor; not "hot" spice, flavor. Not tightly wrapped. Try putting a tad, not a bunch but a tad of onions, bit of cumin. I understand it is the rotisserie chicken, but you need to add some seasonings/spices to turn into a Mexican/Spanish dish. I purchased them again the other day. If I got a bad batch I will update the review.

The red and green enchiladas were a staple in my home. On a weekly basis I would buy both sets. I would freeze one for later in the week and would pull it out, put it in the oven for 2 hours, and a piping hot dinner would be served. The last two times I've ordered them however they are served in a plastic container that requires one to transfer to a different dish. Having a disability makes this an exercise in futility. There's no possible way to transfer these into another dish without ruining them. I'm very disappointed because our family loved these.

This chicken enchilada is the best! Just bake and serve! Delicious! My husband and I also chop onions, add salsa and add sour cream on top after baking as an added touch. But we have had these without too and just the cheese provided on top ... delicious!

These enchiladas have the best flavor and they are so easy to stick in the air fryer or oven, whichever you prefer. I have been known to add extra taco sauce on top although they have sufficient cheese and sauce. The soft tortillas are wrapped around specialy seasoned ingredients, and lots of it!

I buy these once a month. There are three large Enchiladas per tin and we eat half of one at a time, which is a meal. Tons of chicken and the sauce is perfect. It is 6 servings for us. BTW, we chisel out a serving and microwave for 120 seconds. Baking for 2 hours is insane.

We bought these on a whim when we didn’t know what to have for dinner. The 45 min cook time is well worth it. Make sure to spoon a little sauce over the edges of the tortillas so they don’t dry out. Pair it with some Spanish rice and Voila, amazing dinner!

Generous portion with high quality ingredients, just the right flavor and super tender chicken. Add your favorite sides to the table and you have a restaurant quality meal at home for a fraction of the price. This is a staple in our home. The leftovers reheat great in the microwave. Nothing goes to waste.

The enchilada is great! I don't think it's a good idea to cook in a plastic container, especially in an over. Regardless of its rating, I've read too many studies that say otherwise. So I save the aluminum containers from some of the other entrees. Put one, upside down, on top of this plastic one, then flip it. Also, you can use another one, inverted on top, instead of aluminum foil. I use 2, large paper clips to hold it in place.

These so called enchiladas were terrible. The supposed rotisserie chicken was essentially not present. Instead there was some kind of tomato based slop inside the tortillas that resembled chili. They looked great at the store but mostly ended up in the trash.

I thought someone made a huge goof in the kitchen when I tasted this most recent batch. I honestly thought someone mixed up the sauce with spaghetti sauce and the cheese with ricotta, they tasted more like a lasagna than an enchilada. And what's up with the chicken?? It used to be nice tender rotisserie chicken and now it was all funky and chewy. Very disappointing, I used to buy these frequently. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to fired.
