My wife brought this dish home from Sam's and usually I am skeptical about mass produced dishes, but this was the exception. It was just spicy enough. The texture was great and the taste was as good as if not better than the Mexican restaurants we go to in our town. We will now buy this product on a regular basis as it makes a great meal.

First time trying these... Thought it was several small ones but instead it's three long tortillas soaked in sauce and cheese. Okay fine. Transferred to a dish... Then baked. Never could get crispy because of how soggy they are. Okay fine. Then... Then! The taste test. Hello salt. Basic enchiladas loaded with salt. Even the convenience (only relatively since they come in plastic..) is not worth this. Don't buy!

I buy this a lot. One pan would feed us with left overs. Plenty of chicken, sauce and cheese in a tin for baking. Now a measly portion, barely any cheese and very dry. And in a plastic container so you have to remove it into another container. And all that for even more money than before. Not a happy camper with changes like this one. Considering not renewing my membership

Why would you soggy white flour tortillas you could have at least fried the tortilla and the sauce tasted like canned tomato soup it was not good will not do it again homemade is always the best that was not enchilada sauce that was soup that was chef boyardee

Our daughter bought these for us and left them for us to eat, we have since bought them 2 more times. I would buy them more frequently, but we have difficulty getting around and delivery isn’t available to our area. We are too far out in the country.

These looked so good I thought i would try them. Whoa!! The amount of salt is unreal! Not to mention there was absolutely no flavor. Enchiladas should be made with CORN tortillas not flour. The 'mix' inside was basically blended 'meat' with some sort of bland sauce and a few pieces of 'chicken' here and there. We threw most of it away as it was so salty and not worth finishing. If there had been any taste to it then maybe we could have finished but alas...it wasn't worth it in the end. I would not recommend this unfortunately .

The convenience was being able to pop off the lid and put it in the oven. I refuse to buy this in the plastic pan. It's messy to have to figure out how to transfer them to another pan. And then you have another pan and the utensils used to transfer it to wash + the mess to clean-up. They are too big to be able to move them without destroying them and make an unattractive dish. If I have to make a mess I can save money and not spend much more time. I usually have the rotisserie chicken, tortillas, cheese and sauce.

My husband was so sweet and said I shouldn't have to cook on Christmas, So we decided to do something untraditional and got these enchiladas. Big mistake! They were dry and had very little flavor except cumin, and I like cumin. Such a disappointment. We threw out the leftovers, and what Sam's needs to do is throw out this recipe and start from scratch.

Quick fix oven meal under an hour. Can add chips and salsa and veggies if you want but actually this is enough on its own. It's stuffed very generously with shredded chicken and lots of cheese. Excellent flavor. Fed six of us and we were full and it was gone.

These were just not good. I was impressed with the amount of sauce, but the sauce was low quality with odd taste. I don’t want to say generic brand taste because there’s a lot of generic brands that taste good in the sauce aisles but this sauce was just not good. Needs more cheese. I knew it was flour tortillas which was fine, when I make enchiladas I use white corn, but no complaints on the tortilla. The chicken was rotisserie and just chunks, not much attention given to making sure it was shredded up. The taste of rotisserie chicken doesn’t fit enchiladas. I’ve used canned chicken in enchiladas that tasted better. My opinion, skip these.
