I bought these on a recommendation. After the first time I went back and bought 2 more and froze them. These Enchiladas are wonderful. The flavor is spot on, the chicken is abundant and the quality is very good. The price is also excellent. One enchilada can feed two people. It lasted the 2 of us for 3 days. With the cost of groceries rising again this is a good quality meal at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

It was late Saturday afternoon and we expected to find rotisserie chickens to take home for a quick dinner but there was none to be found in the club! We stumbled upon these enchiladas and thought we should give them a try. Didn’t realize they took 40+ minutes to cook in the oven but besides that, we were delighted with the ease of preparation. As we ate them, we decided the enchiladas could have used more spices to enhance the flavor, maybe cumin or onion seasoning. Pricing was reasonable and it was big enough to serve 6 adults.

We have purchased pre-made meals from Sam's many times. They are very delicious and easy instructions to follow (just wish they would put the instructions on the top of the container-so I don't have to stand on my head). Great, even after they've been frozen.

At first, I was a little disappointed to find out this was made with chicken instead of beef, but that feeling disappeared the moment my wife and I tried it. The flavor was excellent right out of the container. We added a few extras like sour cream and Paul Newman’s Black Bean and Corn Salsa, and it turned out fantastic. There were three large enchiladas in the package. We split each one, making three satisfying meals for the two of us. We ate every bite and loved it. We will definitely be buying this again soon.

I love the ready-to-cook meals from Sam's. These work great for our family of four (with 2 grade-school aged children). This enchilada does the trick: it's tasty, doesn't take long to cook, it's filling, and it feels like a home-cooked meal. I'd recommend 100%.

I purchased the rotisserie chicken enchiladas for a weekly game day for me and my retired friends. We always start by having lunch and are always looking for different food options that are good for a group. I can honestly say these enchiladas were a huge hit! Plenty of food, great taste, and all at an awesome price. One tray would be great for a family of four. Add a side of Spanish rice or your favorite beans and dinner is served.

You used to put more sauce on those. The tortillas get hard and dried out when baking unless it's coated with sauce.

These enchiladas were tasty however they were salty. I also found the cheese on top to be a bit excessive. It tasted like the sauce and cheese were overdone to compensate for the chicken flavor. It also could have used more chicken. Overall worth a try but for the price I would not purchase again.

We have enjoyed these several times in the past… but this last purchase didn’t seem to have the same texture or flavor that we were used to. We will be taking a break from them for awhile, and hopefully when we try them again, they will be as good as we remember.

I wanted to love these but they fell a little short. The red sauce is yummy and solid for a dish like this. The chicken was a bit fatty and greasy. It seemed like it was mostly dark meet thighs vs white breast meat. It made the texture very squishy. The flour tortillas didn’t crisp up because they’re sitting in the sauce, so it didn’t help the texture. If you don’t mind dark meat in a casserole, you may like these better than I did. I will say the quantity is enormous. We cut them in half and there’s so much chicken we had left overs after feeding 3 adults.
