This is my go to when I have a busy day planned and want a tasty Mexican dish ready for cooking. The whole family loves this meal and will usually have plenty leftover.

my family loves the MM chicken enchiladas. they are flavorful and the chicken is juicy white meat. they baking instructions are so easy, even my kids can make them. bonus - they reheat really well.....if you have lucky enough to have leftovers :)

Taste great, I highly recommend this for dinner. Only suggestion I have for Sam's Club -- the directions (how to cook or heat it) is on the Bottom. Can't really turn it upside down to read the directions.

These are delicious! All they need is heating and you have a meal. I did notice the heating instruction were a bit off, add 15 minutes for perfection! The enchiladas also freeze well. I remove the plastic top and seal in a food saver bag. Covering with foil would also work. Freezer to oven, cook 50 degrees lower and cook double the time.

I recently tried Member's Mark Rotisserie Chicken Enchiladas, and while the flavor is decent, I found them to be incredibly salty. If you're someone who needs to watch your sodium intake, especially for health reasons like high blood pressure, I would definitely avoid these. The saltiness is overwhelming and detracts from the overall taste of the dish. The chicken itself is tender and the enchiladas have a good texture, but the saltiness just overpowers everything else. Overall, not a great choice for anyone looking to eat a heart-healthy meal.

At first, I was a little disappointed to find out this was made with chicken instead of beef, but that feeling disappeared the moment my wife and I tried it. The flavor was excellent right out of the container. We added a few extras like sour cream and Paul Newman’s Black Bean and Corn Salsa, and it turned out fantastic. There were three large enchiladas in the package. We split each one, making three satisfying meals for the two of us. We ate every bite and loved it. We will definitely be buying this again soon.

Some of the best enchiladas around! Loaded with lots of chicken with a very slightly spicy sauce (more flavorful than spicy) and covered in gooey cheese. We serve them with freshly cut lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and black olives for a full, well balanced meal.

We enjoy the Member's Mark Enchiladas about twice a month. This dish is very tasty and filling. It has plenty of chicken in it. The sauce inside the enchiladas and the cheese on top enhance the flavor. Add some good Chi Chi's salsa sauce on them and you have a great low cost family meal.

They tasted ok - could have had a little more spice. Very disappointed that I had to take them from a plastic package and try to put them in a baking pan before warming. Not convenient and messed up how nicely they'd packaged them. Used to be better in the aluminum tray.

I even tried doctoring them up and still threw them away
