We buy these at least once a week. We always have leftovers and they taste just as good the next day! Very nice enchilada sauce, not too spicey. Lots of chicken and cheese. For the price, it's cheaper than going out to a mexican restaurant. I serve with tortilla chips, beans and rice. Definitely recommend!! Love love love

This meal was a quick pick for dinner and turned out to be quite scrumptious. The baking time may as is or may be adjusted more or less depending on your particular oven. I adjust the time to 10mins.+ longer and it was perfect for us. Added a salad and voila, dinner is served. The perfect quick fix for delightful dinner.

I am a non-meat eater and bought this for a dinner with visiting family (2 people). I figured with two enchiladas, they could have one each. Didn't work that way; these enchiladas are HUGE and my visiting family ate one between them. I heated them in the oven at 350 for 5-10 minutes, and they disappeared when set at the table. Family told me these were so, so good and with a little sour cream, they were just perfect! I added a little shredded cheese, though. Family left the next day with the remaining enchilada and were so happy with that!

I buy these once a month. There are three large Enchiladas per tin and we eat half of one at a time, which is a meal. Tons of chicken and the sauce is perfect. It is 6 servings for us. BTW, we chisel out a serving and microwave for 120 seconds. Baking for 2 hours is insane.

We bought these on a whim when we didn’t know what to have for dinner. The 45 min cook time is well worth it. Make sure to spoon a little sauce over the edges of the tortillas so they don’t dry out. Pair it with some Spanish rice and Voila, amazing dinner!

When my son brought these home, I was skeptical. The only thing that caught my interest was the enchiladas contained rotisserie chicken. Well, we ate them the next day. Besides the very easy heating directions, these enchiladas were very good. A very authentic taste. As stated in my title, they were surprisingly delicious!! I completely recommend!!

THEY CHANGED!! we used to really like these, it was a go to item every week. After this last purchase, never again!! the chicken was weird, it was hard and chewy, and i got a large hunk of skin (i think), it was so tough i had to spit it out. it used to be wonderful tender chicken, no idea why they would change something that was so good.

Enchiladas are great. Easy to prepare for a quick weeknight dinner!
