This size is good for at least 4 individual meals. Not as harshly spicy as their competitor warehouse store, but they have also quit offering this product. This is a good reason to continue going to Sams

Great quick dinner.

Sams Club chicken enchiladas are great. We always keep a couple in the freezer. Add tortilla chips and salsa and it makes meal. Before baking we add an additional layer of Mexican Blend cheese. Since we usually keep these in the freezer, we thaw them in the fridge for 24 hours before baking.

We get one of these almost every time we go to Sam’s. It’s basically canned chicken, old El Paso enchiladas sauce, Mexican cheese, and large soft tortilla shells. It definitely has some spices in there, premade and ready to go into the oven when you get home after a long day of shopping. Perfect for our family of 6, everyone gets a half with tortilla chips on the side.

These are delicious and chocked full of chicken and cheese- the only reason for 4 stars is that they use flour tortillas versus corn. Flour tortillas get gooey in sauce and I think should be used for burritos. If these were corn they would get 10 stars!

We get it for two households. My son with a family of four get it regularly. My household is two people. There are three long Enchiladas. We cut one in half, microwave the two halves and have two servings for a meal. The tray makes three meals for us. I add hot sauce, my wife takes it straight.

Quick fix oven meal under an hour. Can add chips and salsa and veggies if you want but actually this is enough on its own. It's stuffed very generously with shredded chicken and lots of cheese. Excellent flavor. Fed six of us and we were full and it was gone.

These are made with chicken, lots of cheese, mild enchilada sauce and flour tortillas. Great flavor and an easy quick dinner the throw in the oven on a busy night. We have already enjoyed these several times and they are consistently good. I would recommend them but if you are expecting a more “traditional” enchilada with corn tortillas you may be dissatisfied. I prefer the flour so I’m pleased with the dish.

I took a chance on these and was glad I did. They were very tasty. I wish the reheating directions were a little clearer and also it was hard to determine if the bottom side of the container was "ovenable" or not. I ended up moving the enchiladas to a different pan I knew to be oven safe just to be sure.

One of the many great uses of the broasted chickens that Sam's club has. You either put it in the oven to heat or sometimes I just cut off what we need and pop it in the microwave. They are great taste great. Sometimes I wish I could get some of these with beef or just cheese and onion
