The enchiladas are great, BUT WHY DID YOU SWITCH TO A PLASTIC TRAY? I was wary about putting it in the oven, but it said it was okay. Well, it's not. The tray started collapsing, meaning that the sauce started dripping onto the oven. And now my enchiladas probably have melted plastic in them.

When my son brought these home, I was skeptical. The only thing that caught my interest was the enchiladas contained rotisserie chicken. Well, we ate them the next day. Besides the very easy heating directions, these enchiladas were very good. A very authentic taste. As stated in my title, they were surprisingly delicious!! I completely recommend!!

We have had these several times now, and they are always absolutely delicious. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, the tortillas are perfect for enchiladas, the sauce is just right, and the cheese and little green herbs top it off beautifully. Usually I need sour cream or something to go along with food like this, but the flavor is so perfect. I don’t want to change it. Such a wonderful meal.

These enchiladas are fantastic. The helping can feed anywhere between 2-4 hungry adults plus a kid or two. I usually snag these for my family (2 adults and one kid eating) and we can get 2 meals out of it. The flavor is great and the directions are easy. You can add to it or just eat them as they come. Have become a weekly staple in my house.

This use to be fire when it was the shredded chicken. I don’t know what’s being used now but it’s rubbery chunky and has weird fat pieces. When it had shredded the meat was even threw out it but since it’s in huge chunks if feels like there’s zero meat especially after you spit the weird bits out.

We enjoyed the enchiladas, but please put MORE sauce over them.

Did not like the taste of these they look good but the taste is off

My family use to love these, they changed them and now they are gross. They went straight to the trash. Yuck!
