I didn’t try it but my husband ate one of them and we had to throw out the rest. He said NO!! Heck NO!! And he’s a Mexican food fan!

These are made with chicken, lots of cheese, mild enchilada sauce and flour tortillas. Great flavor and an easy quick dinner the throw in the oven on a busy night. We have already enjoyed these several times and they are consistently good. I would recommend them but if you are expecting a more “traditional” enchilada with corn tortillas you may be dissatisfied. I prefer the flour so I’m pleased with the dish.

These are delicious and chocked full of chicken and cheese- the only reason for 4 stars is that they use flour tortillas versus corn. Flour tortillas get gooey in sauce and I think should be used for burritos. If these were corn they would get 10 stars!

I took a chance on these and was glad I did. They were very tasty. I wish the reheating directions were a little clearer and also it was hard to determine if the bottom side of the container was "ovenable" or not. I ended up moving the enchiladas to a different pan I knew to be oven safe just to be sure.

Our daughter bought these for us and left them for us to eat, we have since bought them 2 more times. I would buy them more frequently, but we have difficulty getting around and delivery isn’t available to our area. We are too far out in the country.

Quick fix oven meal under an hour. Can add chips and salsa and veggies if you want but actually this is enough on its own. It's stuffed very generously with shredded chicken and lots of cheese. Excellent flavor. Fed six of us and we were full and it was gone.

They taste like they are not healthy at all. I won't guess how much fat and salt are in these things, but they are so delicious. Since I don't know what they are supposed to be, have no idea if they're authentic. We did find a sharp, tiny bone in one once, so be careful feeding to children.

These enchiladas were pretty good. I doctored them up, added a couple of cans of Old El Paso Hot Red Enchilada Sauce. Put 6 of them in my Pyrex 9"x13" glass deep dish lasagna glass pan. Baked uncovered at 300° for 60 minutes. I highly recommend these enchiladas.
