My Samsung Matte Black Steel Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new microwave is so great! It looks beautiful, both inside and out. It works great with a powerful vent that removes odors. You can use Voice Control with certain mobile devices. I especially love using my SmartThings app to remotely control the vent fan. I'm looking forward to using the Sensor Cook. For certain foods, the sensor in the microwave will detect moisture in the food and adjust the cooking time as necessary! It's great for everyday use: reheating my coffee and cooking fast meals or snacks. I recommend this reasonably priced microwave.
A Bit of a Learning Curve.
I bought this two weeks ago, and it was installed to days ago. So far, I have found it to be a wonderful microwave, however, when I tried to use Auto Cook to soften some butter, I couldn't get it to work. The book was no help. I ended up guessing at the seconds needed, like I used to do on my old "Stupid" microwave. Also, when trying to add my microwave to the SmartThings app, it has not progressed through the final step. It stopped saying, "Almost there! Your microwave is being added to SmartThings.
Classy Looking Microwave That Works Well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago after our previous microwave completely fell apart. So far, we love it! It looks very sleek and I appreciate being able to sync it to my phone so that I can turn off the sound on it. I also love that there isn't a handle on the outside of the door (this is what broke on our previous one). The inside is pretty large and is easy to keep clean, especially because the interior is a dark blue so it doesn't show food splatter quite as easily. Definitely recommend if you want a microwave that works well, but also looks super nice!
A good microwave DOES make a difference!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was shopping for new appliances I thought I didn’t care much about the microwave. A microwave is a microwave, right? As long as I can reheat the occasional leftovers and pop some popcorn, who cares about bells and whistles. So I didn’t even necessarily choose this — it just came with the rest of my Samsung appliances. But wow. I didn’t know it was possible for a microwave to intuitively heat leftovers so that the outside and inside of the plate cook at the same pace. This microwave does it with a couple quick auto-setting choices. No guesswork on how many minutes at what power. I don’t think I’ve EVER successfully used the automatic settings successfully in a microwave before now. It’s seriously impressive. I’m also told you can bake a cake in this thing, which I actually believe (though I haven’t tested this claim, because I also got an excellent new Samsung oven). Overall, I’m exceptionally pleased!

Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my microwave and I have taken a few days, even a few weeks to learn only a little bit about it.my old Microwave got ruined and am thankful for this one. It is so much better than my old one & does a lot more. I love the big space in the microwave. It has WiFi you are able to set the minutes from your phone from the microwave. The only down fall is you can’t start it from your phone you still have to press start on the microwave. It is very help. I Love the Fan has 4 speeds. That would have been very helpful on my old microwave when a grease fire started on the stove lol. I love this microwave my entire family loves the microwave. We have made popcorn, deforest chicken for my doggies. This microwave can do so much more. I’m still learning but I think everyone should get one
Out with the Old, In with the New!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave overhead range hood about a month ago since my old one no longer wanted to power on. It was going to a large repair bill and had no guarantee it would last. I found this one after doing some research and loved the look, the technology behind it and the price. The food always come out perfect and the interior finish is great. The no handle design matches my bespoke Fridge/Freezer complete with the stainless steel finish. I added them to my Samsung app and I love that I can multitask and start/stop my cooking or reheating without touching the microwave itself. The difference in performance from our last microwave is night and day. This is the first microwave that a popcorn setting actually works and doesn't burn or undercook your popcorn. Definitely worth the price and the installation was easy to follow and complete.
Disappointed
I bought this microwave over a month ago everything is plugged in and set to wifi. Yet I cannot use it. None of the buttons work. I even set a timer with the smart thing app, then go to push the start button and nothing. It is a huge hunk of metal that has a clock on it.

Nice microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the microwave has been pretty amazing. It looks really nice, it works really well, the install was relatively easy. The only issue I've had came yesterday when the microwave door was slightly open (pushed in but not all the way) and for some reason that was causing the fan and hood light to continuously turn on, regardless of how many times I turned it off, or even tried unplugging it and plugging it back in.
Microwave display is broken after 2 months
I purchased this over the range microwave in September. About 2 months after we received it the display started flickering. After 4 months, the microwave flickering has increased. I have contacted Samsung for repair and they are telling me that I am responsible for un-installing the microwave and will be responsible for re-installing the microwave, assuming they can fix it. I am not physically able to do this which is why I had it installed in the first place. That is unacceptable for a brand new microwave that is broken. Avoid buying this product.
