I LOVE that I can control all my Samsung appliances with my phone. After having a small kitchen fire, I'm more at ease when I get notifications of appliances being turned on/off. What’s great: Looks fantastic. The white glass finish really does elevate the kitchen aesthetic compared to a standard stainless model. Cooks evenly and reliably. Sensor cooking and general heating performance have been consistently good. Wi‑Fi actually fixes a real annoyance. Before connecting it, the clock drifted a few seconds every hour — enough that it needed resetting weekly. Once added to Wi‑Fi, the time stays perfectly synced. What’s not so great: Door squeak after just a few months. Ours started squeaking when opening/closing, likely because the unit wasn’t installed perfectly level — it leans down a degree or two. The microwave still works fine, but the noise is noticeable and disappointing for a newer appliance. The clock drift issue (until Wi‑Fi). It’s odd that a modern microwave can’t keep accurate time unless connected to the internet. The 30‑second button behavior. Unlike our previous microwave, pressing “30 sec” doesn’t immediately start cooking — you have to press Start afterward. It’s a small workflow annoyance, but one you eventually get used to. Final thoughts: Despite a few frustrations early on, the microwave has settled into being a dependable part of the kitchen. The Wi‑Fi time sync solved the biggest functional annoyance, and the door squeak is more of an installation quirk than a design flaw. If you value aesthetics and smart features, it’s a strong choice — just be prepared for a couple of quirks and make sure the installer gets it perfectly level.

This one is ok but it does not have the option to program those time saving quick cooking options. It looks good though and I have not used it yet to cook anything major.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is probably the biggest feature I like with this Microwave, along with the ability to control some features wirelessly. Those are both great. Some of the things that could use improvement is visibility into the cooking area. The window to see into the cooking chamber is very small and with the wire mesh it's extremely difficult to see what's going on during cooking. The other odd feature is the controls for the microwave being integrated into the door itself. This is just a personal preference but I don't necessarily like that configuration. Aside from those two minor issues I really do like this Microwave. Cleanup is pretty simple, and wiping away fingerprints is a breeze

This microwave is very stylish and looks very good in my kitchen. At first, I thought it was ridiculous to have a microwave that connects to Wi-Fi because I have so many devices connected to the internet, I don't need any more things connected to it. I changed my mind when something was in the microwave too long and I was in the other room. I used my phone to turn off the microwave to prevent overcooking. Now I think the internet feature is great. The functions are fantastic. The size is perfect and the inside capacity accommodates large platters, plates, and bowls. My food is heated evenly and fast. I haven't cooked anything more than 3 minutes because it works so well. The ventilation is strong. So strong it's sucking up the bottom of the microwave into itself. It's bowing just a little on the bottom upward. It still keeps the smoke out of the house. There's only one thing I noticed that needs improvement. When using the light and hood functions while cooking, the ventilation is cut off to a bear minimum speed. It doesn't have a balance of power to heat, ventilate, or light, at the same time. Other than that, this is a fantastic microwave and I like it a lot. It's definitely not basic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not know how to use this thing. It has special code for certain items like hot dogs and fries. But does not tell you how to us them. Also the defrost will not let you enter a time. You have to enter weight. but that does help since i never know what the weight is. so if my item is light you can not enter less then 1 or 1min, Also there is not timer. I miss it for when i am cooking. I had it on my old MW. Needed it when cooking several items Finally the door opens the wrong direction

There was a grinding noise after installation. I contacted Samsung who opened a repair ticket but the vendor assigned said I’d need to uninstall the microwave to have it serviced for “liability reasons”. It was just installed the same day. I contacted the installer who referred me to Sam’s Club who referred me back to Samsung. Sorry but my patience is exhausted for a brand new appliance. I’d rather return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the microwave and worked well for a while. Went to reheat dinner and heard a loud sizzle and my kitchen filled with smoked. It is now sitting in the front lawn. There was no metal in the microwave and the meal was still ice cold. Not sure why this happened as it only ran for 40 seconds.
