[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second of the same mode style and brand of over the range microwave. 1st. One lasted approximately 9 years then suddenly the microwave element would not shut off with the door closed. We were able to mount the new microwave model on the previous mounting bracket with very little adjusting which is why we chose the same brand. Wanted to simply installation and it worked out perfectly. There are some things I believe are improved others I preferred in the previous style. Improved: The light over the stove is much brighter. That was always an issue with the previous model. Preferred features of previous model: The touch buttons are on the front of the door rather than on a side control panel. It is impossible to see if the room is not lit enough. Also, constantly have to keep wiping the front of the door to keep prints off where on the side panel prints were just not as prominent. It heats and cooks as expected but heat menu settings and timing can be complicated. Interior cleans very nicely which is good for a confessed neat freak. Wish the fan was quieter

The controls are intuitive, and I love how quiet it is compared to my previous microwave. The interior is spacious and easy to clean, which is a big plus for everyday use. It's a solid, reliable appliance, worth the purchase and I would definitely recommend it.

There was a grinding noise after installation. I contacted Samsung who opened a repair ticket but the vendor assigned said I’d need to uninstall the microwave to have it serviced for “liability reasons”. It was just installed the same day. I contacted the installer who referred me to Sam’s Club who referred me back to Samsung. Sorry but my patience is exhausted for a brand new appliance. I’d rather return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Microwave, the ventilation is excellent when it's connected to WiFi and oven is connected it will automatically apply ventilation when range top is in use via settings on Smart things app. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Just wished it had an easier way to apply adjustment for power settings. But if you looking for larger capacity and loads of smart functions, with a sleek look no further.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very large microwave with many great features and auto-settings. Built-in functions include multiple type Reheat, Auto Cook, Defrost, and more. Although not very obvious, the percentage of microwave power can be adjusted (not a direct button, you type in TIME and then click OK, which allows you to set a percentage). A nice companion to this is that you can set multi-level heating at one time, for example, 2 minutes at 80% followed by 3 minutes at 50%. Microwave works great, no issues. Interior s easy to clean. The ventilation has 4 levels of power. It provides pretty good suction. The microwave has Wi-Fi connectivity, so you can download the app and the microwave will let you know on your phone when the cycle is complete. Lastly, the user interface can be turned black when you don't want the microwave lights to bother you.
