[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung microwave performes much better than our previous unit. The food heats faster and more evenly. I replaced a 12 year old Samsung and was able to use the same wall mounting bracket. However the bolts on the top were not in the same locations. Overall the install was easy and I'm happy with my choice.

I do not bother to write reviews anymore just to get canned AI generated replies from vendors saying to contact them to get things "addressed". Samsung, RXO are a complete train wrack on the appliances. RXO failed to install twice blaming "design" from Samsung, Samsung says RXO is to blame. Sam's Club took the microwave back but I had to carry 70 pound giant box into the club... not sure what happened to Sam's choice of installers, hope they did not go to the lowest bidder only...

If you are thinking they will install... Probly not. Worst experience ever.. go look at the RXO reviews ... Wow sams club. SO unproffesional to even do business with such a horrible delivery company. They lied about a notice before arrival. Then the guys lied and said they dont do install and haul away. HOURS of phone calls later just for them to say.. They should have installed it... maybe next week someone MAY can make it out to install. I will be cancelling my membership over this
