It heats food evenly and quickly, and the large capacity is perfect for family-sized dishes. The matte black steel finish also looks really sleek in my kitchen. Overall, a great microwave with excellent features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Samsung microwave we have purchased. We were happy with the first one and so far we are happy with the second one. This model is an over the stove model and the exhaust fan is very good.

If you are thinking they will install... Probly not. Worst experience ever.. go look at the RXO reviews ... Wow sams club. SO unproffesional to even do business with such a horrible delivery company. They lied about a notice before arrival. Then the guys lied and said they dont do install and haul away. HOURS of phone calls later just for them to say.. They should have installed it... maybe next week someone MAY can make it out to install. I will be cancelling my membership over this

I have no idea if this microwave is good since I can't get it delivered to my house... Our old microwave broke. When we ordered this, it said it would arrive 6 days before Thanksgiving. Then the horrible shopping company rxo called and said they can only deliver it by the day after Thanksgiving. Good enough so we can heat up leftovers. Then we get a text mid day when it was supposed to be delivered for them to say they can't deliver it. Then they call Saturday and I miss the call and I call back within one minute to just get a message saying they are only open Monday through Friday... So I call back Monday and schedule for Tuesday delivery. Just to then get another text that they can't deliver it. So I'll have to call again to just get them to lie about when they can deliver it again. Maybe someday I'll get a working microwave...

Sam's why would you put a nice offer out there in your sales ad if I can't buy it? Ok, let me explain. Sam's has 3 different over the range microwaves and 2 different brands. $249-350. All of them at a decent price, plus it includes installation. Which makes it an incredible deal. As I am a master handyman, I charge $150 minium to do that. Basically, giving away a new stylish smart microwave. But wait, shipped as freight. We'll that makes sense. No biggie, Sam's plus free shipping? I don't know if that applies. Probably not but I could not get that far. I tried 5 different zip codes (my home, my office 27 miles away in a commercial area) and in 3 other states(relatives' residential addresses) None of them were available to be shipped to. I can't even pick it up from a Sam's club near me even if I passed on the installation. That's bogus... SMH
