I brought this fridge two months ago and so far I’m very please with it, I have a draw back when come to adjusting the height of the fridge and also encounter ice being frozen and have difficult time removed it.

Purchases brand new and the ice dispenser never worked. In the process of fixing now, but parts are on order, so I am without a fully functioning refrigerator.

Worst design of a water/ice dispenser ever! If we knew how bad the design was we probably would not have even bought LG. It’s only good for getting ice cubes all over the floor.

The side doors are very heavy and slam when you close, drawer for veggies does not keep the fresh. Our kitchens is refrigerator had a crisper draw and you can adjust temp.

We brought the fridge to uprade from our previous fridge which lasted >10 years. Within 7 months, the ice maker broke. Called LG and they were able to send someone to repair it for free (under warranty). Other than that no issues with the fridge.
