Refridgerator went out 4 months after purchase and took 3 months to finally get told I was being refunded. We shall see when I actually have the check in hand.

Purchases brand new and the ice dispenser never worked. In the process of fixing now, but parts are on order, so I am without a fully functioning refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 2 months ago. Great product for the price and fits a ton of food. Only negative, there is not a drip tray for the water/ice dispenser.

We bought this fridge a few weeks ago. Purchasing, delivery, and installation were exceptional. I wish the fridge had a deli drawer, but otherwise it is a very nice looking and highly efficient appliance.

I really want to love this fridge. It is everything we want when replacing our dud french door samsung. It is roomy and well organized. I have had the unit for 3 months and the icemaker has failed. It has been difficult navigating the LG repair process because the AI used to send text trouble shooting videos thinks I have a different icemaker and the operators that keep calling me from the call center seem to think I am an idiot who can't turn the icemaker on. The team from XPO who delivered had trouble getting my old refrigerator out the garage door...they dented the steel door from the kitchen to the garage. They insisted the fridge wouldnt fit in the space. I pointed out that it wasn't level left to right and when they leveled it, it magically shrank to fit. They commented that a water line was already in place and handed me the one included for installation, and I reminded them that they were required to replace the line to avoid warranty issues. I definitely got an eyeroll. I noticed at that point that the doors weren't level, and they said it would "get more even when we filled it. I opened the fridge and noticed that they had not removed the packing materials as they were packing their unused tools. They said they did not do that. They gathered what little trash they had given they had not actually removed the 27 pcs of styrofoam and 40 yds of plastic film from the fridge. AND, they failed to install the filter for the icemaker so the first batch of ice tasted like chlorine. I sold major appliances for over 10 years, and to say this was a huge disappointment is an understatement. I purchased the rest of my LG appliances from the other warehouse store in our area and delivery was wonderful. Unfortunately, this fridge is not offered there. Be better, Sam's.
