[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was not our first choice but we are happy with the product. It cools well, looks good and was a reasonable price. And it was available! This probably should have been our first choice as we wanted a counter depth fridge and this one actually has more space than most. Our only glitch has been the ice maker but LG has been attentive and has promptly responded.

I BOUGHT THIS OVER A YEAR AGO AND HAD IT SERVICED SEVERAL DUE TO THE ICE MAKER. IT NEVER WORKED & IF WE GOT A CUP OF ICE, WE WERE LUCKY. LG JUST BRUSHED US OFF LIKE WE WERE NOTHING. WE HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT LG BECAUSE OF THEIR QUALITY AND SERVICE, BUT NOT ANYMORE. WE OWN 3-LG TVS, A WASHER AND DRYER AND NOW A FRIGERATOR THAT DOES NOT WORK. WE NOW HAVE IT IN OUR GARAGE & WILL NEVER BUY LG OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Very disappointed in this LG product. The compressor failed after only 9 months of use.

The side doors are very heavy and slam when you close, drawer for veggies does not keep the fresh. Our kitchens is refrigerator had a crisper draw and you can adjust temp.

I bought this as part of remodeling my kitchen. It looks stylish and have had multiple compliments. Most don't realize it is a side by side - thinking its a french fridge! Much more room than my previous french doors.

Refridgerator went out 4 months after purchase and took 3 months to finally get told I was being refunded. We shall see when I actually have the check in hand.
