Worst design of a water/ice dispenser ever! If we knew how bad the design was we probably would not have even bought LG. It’s only good for getting ice cubes all over the floor.

We brought the fridge to uprade from our previous fridge which lasted >10 years. Within 7 months, the ice maker broke. Called LG and they were able to send someone to repair it for free (under warranty). Other than that no issues with the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From day one I have loved this refrigerator/freezer. I was hesitant to buy another counter depth model because the last one had such little space. My LG is huge inside with tons of space!

Refridgerator went out 4 months after purchase and took 3 months to finally get told I was being refunded. We shall see when I actually have the check in hand.
