We recently bought a condo that needed all new appliances. We decided on LG for the whole kitchen plus a new LG TV. We have beautiful kitchen cabinets that we hated to rip out so that a refridgerator would fit under them. LG had the solution and we LOVE IT! The water and ice on the door is awesome. The side by side feature works well - while looking like a hip quad door unit. Highly recommended appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG refrigerator a couple of weeks now and I am very pleased. I replaced an older model refrigerator that had lasted many years. This LG model looks great and makes my kitchen look more upscale and modern. I like the in door ice dispenser. It is circular and helps prevent ice from falling onto the floor while being dispensed. My family is small so the ice maker produces an adequate amount of ice but I’m not sure it would be sufficient for a larger family. I purchased the counter depth and while there is less space inside, it fits in my space perfectly. All in all this refrigerator is what I need but does not provide a lot of extra space. I would purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing we discovered they put the wrong filter in and the water and ice compartment. The water tasted nasty and so did the ice. I called LG and we discovered the problem was the wrong filter. They are sending me the correct filter now.

Very nice fridge, quiet, does what refrigerators are supposed to do, however the wifi to thin q app does not work even though there is a connect button inside. no indicator of connection, no led, no connect to ipad or iphone. App shows the fridge that I entered but indicates not assigned. Will not recognize wifi or bluetooth.

Refrigerator is designed well with thoughtful design that takes in accout of storage of a variety of sized items. Only minor complaint is on the drawers. I do not like the handle on the bottom of the drawers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new fridge just under a month ago and so far are really enjoying it. The door shelves in the refrigerator part seem sturdy and functional. I wish you could move some of the shelves throughout the fridge around a bit more, but it’s not a deal breaker. The one things I do think should have been designed differently though are the two bottom produce drawers. For some reason they put the handles on the bottom instead of the top which makes them harder to open (especially the very bottom drawer). The freezer also seems to work well and has plenty of storage space for our needs. Ice and water dispenser are nice and can fit a Nalgene water bottle. Overall, we are enjoying our new refrigerator.

The interior is well lit although I’m somewhat disappointed the shelves aren’t adjustable. The ice maker is a bit loud when it dumps and refills but it is only takes a few seconds so bear able. I like that it is a side by side because I find it doesn’t have a lot of unusable space and everything is easy to get to. So far I’m very pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a basic frig, it's ok, but ..ice bin is small & even just 2 people can easily run out of ice; supposedly has a smudgeproof finish, but it's not, & without handles you can't help but touch the actual door & leave smudges; drawers & shelves are not adjustable.
