I bought this a year ago this is a great purchase it meets all are needs The water and ice in the door was a great idea to free up freezer space. I also like the way you get ice and water out of door by taping the ring above.Also nut have handles to clean makes for a clean look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG refrigerator a couple of weeks now and I am very pleased. I replaced an older model refrigerator that had lasted many years. This LG model looks great and makes my kitchen look more upscale and modern. I like the in door ice dispenser. It is circular and helps prevent ice from falling onto the floor while being dispensed. My family is small so the ice maker produces an adequate amount of ice but I’m not sure it would be sufficient for a larger family. I purchased the counter depth and while there is less space inside, it fits in my space perfectly. All in all this refrigerator is what I need but does not provide a lot of extra space. I would purchase again.

We are enjoying our new LG side-by-side that we have had for 2 months. The door is easily opened and closed. The overall look/style is smooth and sleek - there are no visible door handles. The beep signal indicating that the door has been held open for too long is a bonus.. We wish that the refrigerator/freezer was sold with extra loose shelf bins for the open shelves of the refrigerator freezer. The bins could help with organizing the contents on the refrigerator/freezer shelves. We like that the icemaker is integrated with the freezer door. There are enough ice cubes for our use.

We have had nothing but problems with our unit since the day it was delivered. This model has a design flaw, the water line runs behind the crisper drawer and freezes so you have no ice or water in the door. LG’s solution is to unplug the unit at night. I would suggest staying away from this model until the design has been changed.

It not only met our initial needs, but surpassed them. It is very roomy, cools well, and the finger print resistive brushed chrome matches our other appliances.

Always had the filtered water inside, but love it outside. It is counter depth and looks beautiful in my small kitchen. The side by side is great. I am 84years old and just finished remodeling my home!

It holds a lot of food, and the door shelves are tall and deep to store a variety of bottles and cartons. The water and ice dispensers work perfectly. It is very quiet, and it is easy to wipe clean and shiny.

The pieces holding it fell apart. So, quickly we needed to find something. We had heard wonderful reviews about LG so that was our first to look at. We loved that the one that was showcased in the store had a counter depth option because we have very limited space in our kitchen and very tight space to move the old one out and new one in its place. We have had this new refrigerator for a few weeks now and we love it! I love that it doesn't have handles, its sleek look, that there is no water tray in the water filter on the front (as ours always got calcium build up) and love the inside spaciousness with the water filter in the refrigerator side. Ours was on the very bottom, outside and not convenient. We also like how the ice dispenser in on the door and doesn't take shelf space away like our other one did. So needless to say we are very HAPPY so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much searching, we decided on this counter-depth fridge for it's stylish look and the amount of room it had. So far we really enjoy it. After having a french-door style fridge, we decided to go back to a side by side. I like that the in-door ice maker is on the freezer side, which will hopefully eliminate some of the issues that french-door refrigerators have with in-door ice. We like having freezer space at eye-level too. Our freezer contents are much easier to organize and easily accessible. The fridge has a lot of room too, especially for a counter-depth. I'm also impressed with the door cooling vents that keep door contents just as cool as the rest of the fridge. We opted for the platinum silver color, which matched our other stainless appliances.
