[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Totally satisfied with my LG refrigerator. It does the job perfectly. It’s a quiet, energy efficient machine. The water dispenses cold, clean water effortlessly. Same with the ice dispenser. I’m happy with my purchase and highly recommend LG kitchen appliances. Five Stars.

We measured our space per LG instructions. We got the Refrigerator in, and it looked really nice. But after about a half an hour of being plugged in, we noticed the cabinet NEXT to the refrigerator getting awfully hot. The vent is in the back of the fridge which does not let the air escape. We had to pull the fridge out a half a foot just to let enough air escape to not get hot. The vent needs to be in the front on the bottom. Poorly designed!

We recently bought a condo that needed all new appliances. We decided on LG for the whole kitchen plus a new LG TV. We have beautiful kitchen cabinets that we hated to rip out so that a refridgerator would fit under them. LG had the solution and we LOVE IT! The water and ice on the door is awesome. The side by side feature works well - while looking like a hip quad door unit. Highly recommended appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new fridge just under a month ago and so far are really enjoying it. The door shelves in the refrigerator part seem sturdy and functional. I wish you could move some of the shelves throughout the fridge around a bit more, but it’s not a deal breaker. The one things I do think should have been designed differently though are the two bottom produce drawers. For some reason they put the handles on the bottom instead of the top which makes them harder to open (especially the very bottom drawer). The freezer also seems to work well and has plenty of storage space for our needs. Ice and water dispenser are nice and can fit a Nalgene water bottle. Overall, we are enjoying our new refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my counter depth 23 cu ft LG for two weeks now and am very happy with it. In 6 hours it started making small ice cubes and dispenses the purified water quite quickly. The installer even noticed it. The door shelves are roomy enough to hold a a gallon of milk and all the bottles items. The only cons are as mentioned by other reviewers is the drawer pulls are at the bottom of the drawer which requires one to bend quite low to open the bottom drawers. The doors are only 1 3/4” off the floor so watch your feet! Overall, I would highly recommend this side by side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing we discovered they put the wrong filter in and the water and ice compartment. The water tasted nasty and so did the ice. I called LG and we discovered the problem was the wrong filter. They are sending me the correct filter now.

We have had nothing but problems with our unit since the day it was delivered. This model has a design flaw, the water line runs behind the crisper drawer and freezes so you have no ice or water in the door. LG’s solution is to unplug the unit at night. I would suggest staying away from this model until the design has been changed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was not our first choice but we are happy with the product. It cools well, looks good and was a reasonable price. And it was available! This probably should have been our first choice as we wanted a counter depth fridge and this one actually has more space than most. Our only glitch has been the ice maker but LG has been attentive and has promptly responded.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much searching, we decided on this counter-depth fridge for it's stylish look and the amount of room it had. So far we really enjoy it. After having a french-door style fridge, we decided to go back to a side by side. I like that the in-door ice maker is on the freezer side, which will hopefully eliminate some of the issues that french-door refrigerators have with in-door ice. We like having freezer space at eye-level too. Our freezer contents are much easier to organize and easily accessible. The fridge has a lot of room too, especially for a counter-depth. I'm also impressed with the door cooling vents that keep door contents just as cool as the rest of the fridge. We opted for the platinum silver color, which matched our other stainless appliances.
