We bought this LG fridge last month. It’s been great. Only 2 things are lacking: a small deli drawer to hold cheese and lunch meats and a curved sideways wine shelf. We miss them, but I made due with a store-bought plastic bin. The wine bottle fits just fine all by itself.

The water dispenses cold, clean water effortlessly. Same with the ice dispenser. I’m happy with my purchase and highly recommend LG kitchen appliances. Five Stars.

This probably should have been our first choice as we wanted a counter depth fridge and this one actually has more space than most. Our only glitch has been the ice maker but LG has been attentive and has promptly responded.

Should be one small drawer underneat one of the shelfs for small items. Water dispencer should have its touch for each option(water, cube ice, crushed ice). Good fridge. Would be nice if i could control thru app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several concerns with the new refridgerator. The refridg drawers open from the bottom of each drawer rather than the top. Sometimes it is hard to bend to open them. Secondly it would have been nice for the shelves in both the freezer and fridg be adjtable to accomodat high products.

I bought this a month ago it is a very nice product. clean and quiet. ice maker works very well compared to the old Frigidaire that I had , it is just a head and shoulders product above everything else. I would also like stove exhaust fan and dishwasher to go with it . May be a matching group would really be nice.

I BOUGHT THIS OVER A YEAR AGO AND HAD IT SERVICED SEVERAL DUE TO THE ICE MAKER. IT NEVER WORKED & IF WE GOT A CUP OF ICE, WE WERE LUCKY. LG JUST BRUSHED US OFF LIKE WE WERE NOTHING. WE HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT LG BECAUSE OF THEIR QUALITY AND SERVICE, BUT NOT ANYMORE. WE OWN 3-LG TVS, A WASHER AND DRYER AND NOW A FRIGERATOR THAT DOES NOT WORK. WE NOW HAVE IT IN OUR GARAGE & WILL NEVER BUY LG OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had now a few weeks no issues what so ever very spacious even though shelves aren’t adjustable they are spaced that don’t need to be adjusted door bins are large and very functional lighting is good really like the smaller ice cubes temperatures in freezer and fridge consistent to setting as far as noise quiet really quiet someone had posted when opening doors would hit their foot don’t really understand that for no problem here opening doors and hitting my feet like I said so far so good hopefully a year from now or 12 years from now it’s still operating with the five star rating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator of 17 years just broke. And I mean the entire door fell off and there was no way of putting it back. The pieces holding it fell apart. So, quickly we needed to find something. We had heard wonderful reviews about LG so that was our first to look at. We loved that the one that was showcased in the store had a counter depth option because we have very limited space in our kitchen and very tight space to move the old one out and new one in its place. We have had this new refrigerator for a few weeks now and we love it! I love that it doesn't have handles, its sleek look, that there is no water tray in the water filter on the front (as ours always got calcium build up) and love the inside spaciousness with the water filter in the refrigerator side. Ours was on the very bottom, outside and not convenient. We also like how the ice dispenser in on the door and doesn't take shelf space away like our other one did. So needless to say we are very HAPPY so far!
