This HP laptop was just what I was looking for plus more so - came with Windows 11 preloaded, an autonomous finger print reader and Sam's Club two year warranty.

I researched this computer on many site and Sam’s offered the best price. I received the computer in a timely manner. It works great and fits my needs.

Our original shipment was faulty and HP tech support was fabulous. Sam’s customer service replaced the first laptop immediately and the second one has worked fantastic since we received it. Would definitely recommend this to others.

From dead off to usable is 10 seconds, it is the fastest booting computer I've ever owned. I miss the touch screen (that was on my old laptop) a bit.... saving $100 (cheaper than the touch screen model) makes it OKAY!

I looked at several new laptops after mine died. Sam's had the HP at a competitive price and a quick pick up. It was easy to set up. So far, so good, as I've only had it a month.

HP laptop 15.6 monitor, 256 ssd, 8 gig ram. On sale for $399. Purchased as new item, with two year warranty. Ordered 5-5-23, received 5-10-23. Warranty expired 10-2022. My friend purchased same item and it was expired warranty also. Chatted with Sam’s online stated they will replace with correct one. I was told a live team member would contact me within a 24 hour to 72 hour window, by email or phone..

While registering for warranty I found that this laptop was already registered a year ago and instead of being sold as refurbished it’s being sold as new which is not acceptable at all !!! Sam’s club is not trusted anymore when it comes to electronics!

I picked up the HP laptop today July 14 2022 and started setting it up. Strangely the HP setup software popped up a message that the computers warranty started Nov 13 2021 and expire Dec 17 2022. It appears that the computer I was sold as new was a return that someone had registered before they returned it. I cannot speak to how the computer would have performed. But I paid far too much for what was essentially a refurb. So, I returned it the same day. Sams Club refunded my purchase when I returned it. Rating Two stars because Sams refunded without hassle. Otherwise it would be 1 star. Very disappointing experience.
