Thought this was going to be black, not silver. I don't care about the case, but the silver keys are hard for me to see. Microsoft charging extra for "Word" is crap in my book, but operating system choices are limited, and not Sam's fault. I needed to upgrade from "7".

I just need to know what do I do about the battery in the computer working. I had my nephew come over to help me get it with the printer I ordered to go with the computer. He told me before he left that everything looked good except it would only work with the computer not plugged into the wall. I left it charging over night and when I looked on Saturday evening an it said 0 percent charged. He ran some kind of diagnostic check and it said that battery in the computer was bad and to return it. What is the best way to do this??
