I was concerned with ordering a laptop online but it arrived well packaged. I would recommend ordering a mouse at same time. Had issues with setup without a mouse. Used old mouse and everything went smooth.

Terrible......right out of the box had problems battery would not charge at all had to have it plugged in to even turn it on. Displayed a message that said it was detecting problems and needed to be reprogrammed. Order this to take summer classes stating in June and the It tech at the school said get rid of this immediately, completely defective!!!!

Laptop was new and worked well other than it was out of warranty as a brand new purchase.

Computer works fine but warranty shows it started on 9-27-21 when I bought the unit on 4-9-22.

It's lightweight and very fast. The battery doesn't last that long. Keep the plug nearby.

It's been about 2 weeks since I bought it, and so far so good. I really like it, and the price was right for it. I use it mainly for zoom and shop online.

Great computer… Not so great battery! I work most of the time close to a plug in. I haven’t timed it. But don’t feel the battery life is up to my standards. Will keep until ready for a new one. Again the computer is great otherwise!!!

Had to return, problems it kept asking for key to unlock. I didn't have one. From reading other comments they are selling refurbished for new, guess when they did it they didn't unlock it. Spent 2 hrs on phone to no avail. They wanted to charge me for help unless I paid for warranty, said i didn't as mfg always give you 1 or yrs. Wrong its only Sams warranty not Samsung. Would not buy another unless you know there is mfg warranty.
