I can't believe I found this HP LAPTOP at a really great deal. Backlit keyboard was one feature that I noticed other laptops tax heavily. I am pleased this was included as part of the product. The screen quality and picture quality are crisp and clear. The computer is not slow at all. It boots up fast and I have been able to tailor it to what I want to load up immediately. The sound is super decent! It's a thin, sleek laptop which I formally found great comfort in HP's older, heavier laptops but they sure have surprised me a change of heart. I do love it. However, there is one set of cons and that involves Microsoft setup. It could be me but these folks are way nosy and require too much information and product bombs. No matter how I try to create my perfect browser and settings, Microsoft manages to reroute, change, or make suggestions as if I don't know what I want as a consumer. GEEEEEZZZZ! Other than this, this laptop is on point. It definitely does not break the bank.

I don’t know if it’s mine but the battery doesn’t last longer than an hour. I was also told it’s window 10 to be upgraded 11 and that is not true. Very sad.

Overall this laptop is fair. The keys are poorly lit and the scroll feature is burdensome. The performance is good but I would not buy this laptop again.

Love the laptop but 3 weeks in and I am getting notices that the hard drive is failing. My IT guy said this usually happens before it totally craps out. Will be testing warranty out.

The HP Laptop has worked well for the first 3 weeks. I am still trying to determine why the Manufacturer's warranty for a NEW computer expires in less than 4 months.

It's ok but only ok. Keys are hard to see because they are a light grey on silver. Extremely difficult to see. Battery life isn't what it's advertised to be. Much,much shorter. Not very happy with this purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to set up and use. This is my second HP laptop in the last ten years. I am excited that it weighs less than my older laptop but is still big screened with lots of RAM.

It’s a decent laptop. Only thing that bothers me is it makes loud noise periodically when running. Other than that everything is good.

I bought this for my spouse to use for ancestry research. She was using a 10 inch that was so slow she could search and iron a couple shirts while it was loading...ugg

Works great, delevery i had no problems, i like the finger print feature its was so good my mom got one she said i want that same computer nothing else and i ordered it for her.
