I haven’t used it much but so far I like it

The computer was used. It has a poor battery life.

Motherboard died within a few months. SAM's club didn't register the 2 year warranty pack so I had to fight with HP's terrible customer service for weeks to get them to honor the warranty. Less than a year later, the monitor is going out blinking on and off and the plastic shell is cracking in multiple places, so here I am again shopping for a new laptop. This thing was trash and I was hoping to at least get through the accidental damage warranty period. Such a waste of money. Very disappointed.

HP says warranty is not valid but just bought it!

I have not had this computer long but I must say it is everything i need. the battery life from the start is not that strong. But I always work by an outlet so it works for me. so far I am satisfied!!!!

While my husband is happy with the item, he is disappointed there is no CD Rom player on it. Really needs this for his line of business. Assumed incorrectly that all laptops came with this feature
