Oct 27, it took me 45 minutes to go from decision to buy to actually having the product in my hands so I could make the purchase. I talked to four different associates who said they'd called someone to help then walking away before finally finding someone who actually did call someone to help (and followed up on it to be sure). But, the wait was well worth it. I love my new laptop. My old HP was larger and, of course, years older so I had no idea how fast a computer can be these days. Or how beautiful HD photos can look on screen. My hobby is photography, and this laptop is a dream come true.

The cheap plastic trim cracked on the first computer so I returned it. Tried another and HP said it had already been purchased and set up 9 months ago so there wasn't much warranty left. Sams Club is selling returned computers as brand new. Can't recommend this computer or purchasing anything electronic from Sams Club.

While registering for warranty I found that this laptop was already registered a year ago and instead of being sold as refurbished it’s being sold as new which is not acceptable at all !!! Sam’s club is not trusted anymore when it comes to electronics!

Was excited to get an HP, which I thought was a quality brand, and at such a great price. Plugged it in, turned it on and screen says "Just a Moment..." Closed laptop, charged battery overnight. Screen STILL says, "Just a Moment..." and has been continuing like that for hours. What a waste of time.

HP laptop 15.6 monitor, 256 ssd, 8 gig ram. On sale for $399. Purchased as new item, with two year warranty. Ordered 5-5-23, received 5-10-23. Warranty expired 10-2022. My friend purchased same item and it was expired warranty also. Chatted with Sam’s online stated they will replace with correct one. I was told a live team member would contact me within a 24 hour to 72 hour window, by email or phone..

battery did not work from the get go Sam's won't take it back even though their return policy CLEARLY says 90 day return on electronics Sam's is exceedingly frustrating to deal with. The website NEVER matches what the store says or does. The customer service is terrible. HP is willing to repair though they should replace also. At least HP tried to help. Can't say that for Sam's

I am finding this pc very difficult to set up. Evidently the only way to save your old PC info is on Dropbox as that is the only option offered. The free space is limited so if you want to save your info the cost is over $100 a year. Then when you upload it all to dropbox you cannot download it to the new PC but have to get into dropbox each time. Not my cup of tea. The photos I loaded from a flash drive from a windows 10 to a windows 10 system only allow me to open/view about half of them. Do not understand this, same app. The keys do light up but are hard to see white letters on a silver key.

I bought this computer a year ago for two of my children. I had the opportunity to use it two weeks ago, nice computer. The reason I'm giving a 4 star, and not a 5. The battery life doesn't last very long. I'm thinking maybe only a three cell battery.

I tried to “like” it, but I just couldn’t get past the screen. It is horrible! I tried to adjust it to no avail. The fan ran extremely loud and I was just charging it. For the specks it’s an ok laptop, but it definitely should be cheaper because the quality is lacking.

Great Laptop computer. Super fast. I recommend the laptop.
