You don't have to re-dish! Just follow the instructions - remove film, cover with foil, place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 30 mins, then remove foil and cook an additional 10-15 minutes. Wonderful flavor, chicken is super tender and plenty of cheese - even my hubby, who never orders chicken enchiladas (beef only), went back for hearty seconds! Buying again!

Went in for an easy dinner for friends visiting and have not had problems with pre prepared meals in the past. The chicken tasted as if it were cut up frozen cutlets and had very minimal flavor. Would have expected more flavor with a hatch chili enchilada. The overall texture was soggy as well and unappetizing. Will not be purchasing again.

I buy these on a regular basis, makes for an easy meal or two {depending on company} on lazy days. I typically buy 3 or 4 of them at a time. Keep one complete for when I have company. Then separate the others into individual or two meal amounts for when I am home alone. They freeze fine.

Too many chiles for my taste and too much white sauce. I guess they used Cotija cheese which was nice and it had very little chicken. I added salsa after I uncovered for the last 30 minutes of cooking time. I personally prefer the regular chicken enchiladas with red sauce.

They use the same chicken chopped as they use in the chicken alfredo not shredded chicken. Nothing hatch green chilies about these. These are overly stuffed with gross chicken some had hard cartilage to it. This has to be some of the worst enchiladas I have ever had. Avoid!

We love these! My wife has had several surgeries this year that have reduced her mobility and left me in charge of the cooking and the grocery shopping. I can cook reasonably well but with a full-time job and all the other tasks of maintaining the household I've had to look for as many efficient options as I can find. These are a perfect option. They can be frozen for future use, thawed on the counter during the day, and popped into the oven at night. Spicy, but not too spicy, and the flavor is wonderful. We like them far more than the red enchiladas. My only complaint is they can be out of stock for weeks at a time - possibly due to the seasonal nature of the hatch chilis - so get them while you can.

Would definitely buy again! This meal fed 5 people and we had one extra serving leftover. Very flavorful, lots of chicken, plenty of cheese, spices well balanced and it turned out to be a great, filling meal that I only had to bake and serve. We added sour cream and salsa for toppings, and it was perfect. Nothing negative to say about this meal. If you want to serve your family something quick and delish without breaking the bank or draining your time, this is a definite go-to. I prepare most of my meals at home and doubt I could replicate this at home for the quality, taste and price. I paid $11.14 for this meal which cost $2.23 per person!!! Where are you going to find a meal at that price! Just try it! You won't be disappointed!

I followed the cooking instructions and took off the plastic lid and covered the tray with foil. I put it in the oven for 30 min at 350. Usually the meals they sell to go into the oven are in a black oven safe pan. This was in a clear pan but i figured they changed their packaging. The clear pan completely melted on the oven. It was not oven safe

Very good. Definitely a Hatch Chili Pepper recipe, which we like. I prefer this white sauce approach to red sauce enchiladas -- in general. Lots of chicken. Good value. Super easy and fresh. The ingredients, and there are many, are what I'd call 'very' processed. I will eat almost anything, however this was very bad. The flavor wasn't terrible, but there were tree-like stems throughout this whole dish. If we were not picking out steams, we were pulling hard strings/fibers from our mouths. No idea what that was. Ruined the whole thing.
