These enchiladas were pretty good. Not really like authentic Hatch Chiles but we enjoyed the quick and easy dish. These enchiladas were far better than the non Chile enchiladas Sam’s sells.

These are nasty! I honestly don't know how they have any good reviews. Sauce is curdled and sour. Chicken is rubbery and full of fillers. We don't ever waste food in our house, and we had to through these out.

It is a very tasty, filling meal. Great for when you do not want to cook. The only “Beef” I have is that lately they have been putting it in non bake-able trays. Not the tins like they used to do.

Been buying this for several years. It's seasonal so not always available. My wife found it while making a visit 3 days ago. She bought it, brought it home and we refrigerated it until today, when I found it no longer comes in an aluminum tray, but a cheap plastic tray. Now you have to put it in your own tray, forcing extra dishes to wash and hopefully you have one that will fit in your small oven instead of heating up your house in the full size oven - 102 degrees outside today. Online photos mislead in that it still comes in an oven ready aluminum tray. Liar-liar - house on fire. Last time I purchase ready made take & bake meals. Sneaky way to increase your profit besides a above board price increase. Seen plenty of those too.

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews bc I'm here to tell ya these are amazing for pre prepared enchiladas. My husband is such a picky eater, especially when it comes to tex-mex and Mexican cuisine, and he absolutely loved them. There is a very VERY slight "vinegar" flavor but it's barely noticeable. The cream sauce is delightful and wish there was more tbh! Ours came packaged in a metal container so heating was super easy. These are gonna be a staple now on our Sam's shopping trips! Highly recommend!!!

Delicious! As a rule I think freezer meals are gross and deli meals are questionable, for the have it all going perfectly. These are stuffed full of high quality grilled chicken, hatch chilis and sauce, and covered in delicious fresh pepper jack. They are excellent quality with tons of flavor.

The first time I bought these because of the hatch chili’s. The second time it was because they were so freakin good! Just a great balance of chicken, cheese, sauce and chili’s. I hope these aren’t seasonal (because hatch chili’s are). At least I have another in the freezer.

Decided to try these yesterday but they really weren't very good. They do turn out pretty wet/sloppy at first. I expected some spiciness & Mexican taste to them & there was no spice at all. My son decided they had a vinegary taste to them (pickled peppers maybe?) & then refused to eat any more. We ended up throwing half away. Just couldn't eat them, weird flavor.

These are so good that we just finished lunch & I'm already craving them again. Chicken was tender & the sauce was a perfect creamy blend of hatch chilies & cheese. Would be a perfect meal for bereavement delivery, a new mom/family, or as a gift of recovery to an sick friend. Will buy these again & again.

I enjoyed the Hatch Chili Enchaladas. An easy heat and serve meal for those who do not like the red sauce. Mild heat from the chili peppers. Creamy and cheesy. The chicken I thought was supposed to be rotisserie, which makes me think more shredded and not the strip slices it was, but it was still good. Not as good as restaurant but better than a frozen box item. Give them a try 😉
