These are meal sized and sometimes with leftovers, best I've had since leaving my childhood home! The flavor is incomparable to other store-bought enchiladas, I would eat these, every evening if I could afford them.

My daughter gave us a two thumbs up recommendation on this item, and she was correct. It is really good, and easy to prepare. I would suggest you spread the cheese topping before cooking, it may be uneven due to handling. Aside that, pop it in the over, and enjoy.

These taste great, but.... Some parts of the chicken are not meant to be eaten. Obviously this includes bones. I haven't encountered any bones in these enchiladas, however, there has been some sort of cartilage in there. Eventhough it's minimal, when encountered, it turns the experience into something not so pleasant. If you are purposely just grinding everything, please stop. No one wants that! The amount added is small, but when encountered, while eating, ruins the experience tremendously.

I have served these chicken enchiladas many times and they have been excellent. However, this time they seemed dryer and not as tasty. Has the recipe changed? I will give them another try in a few months.

Great Enchiladas.... needs more hatch chili to make it perfect! I grew up in SoCal, and enjoyed true southwestern, baja, and tex/mex cooking... these are pretty tasty and good for the east coast; only thing that could make them better is MORE HATCH Chili... there was just enough to give a hint of Hatch but not nearly enough to make it perfect. Still and really good quick and ready to go entree.

I thought they were fine, however, my family preferred the ones in the red sauce - even those usually devoted to white sauces. I ended up throwing half of the tray away, because no one wanted them.

I have always really liked Sam's Club's enchiladas, however, I was very disappointed with these. I encountered bits of bone and grissle 3+ times in this batch. Not the quality I am used to. I ended up throwing half of the contents away. I don't think I will be purchasing again for a while.

The chicken used was horrible. Huge chunks of chicken with an unnatural amount of fat and gristle that made them impossible to enjoy. The flavor was great and it would be perfect with shredded chicken. I threw them away after two servings!

They use flour tortillas which in an enchilada makes them gummy and therefore an awful texture. The chicken is chunked with a lot of fat/gristle. The flavor overall was terrible. Not worth the money since I ended up throwing it out and having to buy a new dinner.

My family used to love this dish, but the chicken has changed. The last two times, it has been terrible! Last time (March 30, 2026), the chicken had a fatty consistency and I spit out most of my meal. We won't buy it again or any other premade chicken meals.
