This is one of the only ready meals we enjoy on a regular basis. Main reason is the enchilada are made with corn tortillas and not flour tortillas. The taste is great and not too spicy as the name would have you believe. Easy to cook. Enough for six, hearty meals.

I've had these before and were good, but recipe must have changed. Yuck.

Hatch chili enchiladas were delicious and easy to make. I added a little fresh salsa for the perfect topping.

Very good freshly made . Just put a little rice and bean with and it’s a great meal . So creamy and taste is great , quick and easy . Love these enchiladas

So I've gotten this one and the one with the red sauce. This one is much better and the chicken is in much larger pieces which makes it much better in my opinion.

This meal had great taste and was very easy to bake. This was new to me since I had only had the red sauce enchiladas and I really liked this version also.
