So I've gotten this one and the one with the red sauce. This one is much better and the chicken is in much larger pieces which makes it much better in my opinion.

We didn’t care for these. Tasted like mayo instead of a queso type sauce. Love the ones made with the red sauce.

full of chicken but the chicken was not the best. Fattty icky bits and uneven sizes not well shredded. Too salty. Convenient and heated up well. Nice hatch spiciness.

This is one of the only ready meals we enjoy on a regular basis. Main reason is the enchilada are made with corn tortillas and not flour tortillas. The taste is great and not too spicy as the name would have you believe. Easy to cook. Enough for six, hearty meals.

Hatch chilies are my favorite and these green chili enchiladas are delicious. Add chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime after warming. So good!

My husband didn’t want to try because of not knowing how long it set there.i won and we both loved them. Very filling and was enough for 2 meals for us.

Delicious however wish there was more Hatch chili as there wasn't much. Lucky for me I order the chili form Hatch directly and I doctor it up with extra.

These enchiladas are delicious. Filled with chicken and with just enough heat from the peppers without being too hot. These have become a weekly staple.
