This is a great quick meal when I just don't feel like cooking. I thought that they used to rotisserie chicken, but it's more like grilled chopped chicken. Plenty of chicken inside. We'll definitely buy these again. There was enough for four adults, and we have had a little bit leftover for one lunch the next day. We paired it with the southwest salad kit. ☺

The sour cream or cream cheese was too tangy and overshadowed the hatch chile in this dish -- I didn't taste any spice and I am a wimp when it comes to the heat. Perhaps this was a poor batch where ingredients were not correctly proportioned...I would not chance buying this again, as my family would not finish this dish. Very disappointing and wasteful.

First time trying the hatch chili enchiladas, normally we get the red ones. These are SPICY! Probably should have some kind of warning on the label. If we had known, we would not have purchased. That being said, the flavor itself was delicious on thew few bites we could tolerate.

I bought these bc they were out of the red sauce enchiladas that we normally buy. These left a lot to be desired compared to the red sauce. The chicken tasted straight of of a can instead of rotisserie chicken like the red sauce enchiladas. That along left these lacking a lot of much needed flavor. Still edible but lacking the flavors we expected from Sam's club take out meals.

I’m not sure that I’ve ever tried a dish with hatch chilies but I’m sold. This is a tasty dish although it’s pretty rich Mine came in aluminum pan so it was so simple to just put on a baking sheet and bake! Took about 45 minutes total. Note. I sprayed my foil to avoid cheese sticking cause it’s piled high

These taste great. But keep in mind they come in a plastic container so you have to try and scoop them out and put them in another tray to heat them up. Kind of ruins the point of getting something ready to go then them falling apart trying to scoop them out.

I bought this and then read the reviews before I started writing mine. It seems there are mixed reviews, but we LOVED these. Super yummy!! Not hot at all, just a enough spice. I was afraid they'd be too hot, but not. The cream sauce balances out the heat. Highly recommended!! I hope these stick around and aren't just a seasonal item!

I read the other reviews and I know how much it sucks to get reviews from all over the place. So I am pin pointing this location! As a non Hispanic who hates tamales, I still love Green Chilly Chicken and hot things. So i gave this premade dish a try. I must say that although the chicken pieces were large there were plenty of them! The consistency was spot on to me. The flavor decider was mixed between my 12 year old son (who has never had enchiladas) and myself. He loved the flavor but to me there wasn't much Hatch Chilly flavor. These are not over salted!

I bought this last week for a fast and easy meal for me and my kids. This was a HUGE mistake. There should be a warning label on this meal. It was so hot (spicy) it was not edible. No one at the table took a second bite. I had high hopes for this one. No luck.

These enchiladas are delicious. A new favorite for us! They sauce is really flavorful and creamy and the rotisserie chicken is plentiful. We didn't find them too salty or bland as some reviewers have said. We've bought them twice now and will buy again. They were packaged in an aluminum foil baking container.
