These were inedible, no flavor & extremely mushy. I’m glad we didn’t eat them because I received an email from Sam’s stating that these may have possibly contained Lysteria!!

Chicken enchiladas are amazing! Great for those evenings when you're too tired to prepare a meal. Just pull off the plastic lid, put a piece of foil over the pan and pop it in the oven.

These were great, lots of chicken inside and if you bake them right they will have crispy tortilla edges which I love. The hatch chili sauce and cheese were just the right taste and amount. Not too soggy, not too dry. I didn’t have to add anything extra just threw them in the oven for about 40 minutes at 350.

Great flavor, some of the pre made food is just not you style? You wont have that problem. Nice flavor but not overly spicy. I bought one of the largest/heaviest containers there. Two days later I am washing out the empty pan. Just as good reheated as the first initial cook.

These were exceptionally good a few years ago. They are now horrible. There’s barely any sauce and what is there is tasteless and too thick. The chicken is small pieces of diced unflavored chicken. It doesn’t taste, look or have same mouth feel as before. There is no hint of hatch chilies. No Mexican or Tex-Mex flavors whatsoever. I don’t understand why you keep messing with good products, except to pay less for production and make more money for inferior products. Dry and tasteless. When are you going to return to caring about the products you sell instead of just making money? Until you do, I refuse to purchase this product and others with similar problems from you and other companies.

I love the creamy sauce, these are different than your usual enchiladas and have a creamy green Chile sauce. May be a little spicy if you are sensitive to green chilies, but there’s more than enough cheese and cream sauce to temper the heat. Really good amount of chicken inside too. These are a go to for my family.

I should really give these 5+stars but i didn't in hopes that someone in a position to make a change does so.the flavor is there but three issues that I think are a very easy fix. 1. The chicken pieces are huge, they took the rotisserie chicken that did sell, and they just crabbed big chunks and put them in there.(answer pull the chicken apart and chop it up to bite size pieces and the non eat able pieces wouldn't accidental get in the meal) 2. The cooking instructions are on the bottom of the dish, and it doesn't always just peal off easy. Answer ( put the label with the price and cooking instructions on the top of the meal so you don’t have to turn it upside down to get the cooking instructions. The lid is on very well so they don't need that label to hold the lid on. 3. This isn't a real problem but when you take the clear lid off and cook the meal, it will not go back on the meal leftovers for easy storage. It would be nice if you could figure that out, although we usually eat the whole thing in one day anyway, but we have made two of them and there was leftovers that we had to put into Tupperware to store. If you fixed issue one it would be 5 stars, the other two are just nice to have. The flavor is there which is the most important.

Spouse loved the enchiladas as well as myself! Flavor, seasoning and amount was perfect! Also, time to cook was awesome. Only thought is that Sam's always use foil pan for packaging. One time this came in a plastic container and that was not easy to transfer without break up the enchiladas. Also, cooking instructions should be more prominent. However, none of this takes away from the product, which deserves every bit of 5 stars!

This was the second time purchasing this item. The first one we had was great as it used the rotisserie chicken; but the second one just used regular chicken pieces and it had no flavor (couldn't even taste any hatch chile). I also don't like that you have to move it to another pan in order to cook.

The enchiladas were too hot. We have purchased these in Florida and they were delicious with only mild heat. These were midway between medium and hot. They tasted like they also used the seeds from the chili peppers. Otherwise they would have been delicious--lots of chicken and cheese.
