We thought this would be rotisserie chicken like the red sauce enchiladas. It was made with some sort of chicken pieces with fake grill lines. Yuck. After a couple bites we threw the rest away.

We love this dish! It is good for 3 meals for the 2 of us. Flavor is fabulous! Tastes just like the enchiladas that I used to make for my family, but I don't have to do all the work!

Outstanding value. I don't think I could make these enchiladas at home below the Sam's price. They taste great, and I like the mildness of the Hatch chiles better than the hotter Jalapenos my recipes call for.

I had this dish a few months ago and it was delicious. The chicken was shredded and tasty. In fact, I made a comment to my family about wondering if I could purchase the chicken in the club warehouse. I had it today and what a disappointment! The chicken was larger chunks and strips, obviously made from one of those precooked chicken strips packages. Many of the chunks were hard or grizzly . I wont buy again.

My family used to love this dish, but the chicken has changed. The last two times, it has been terrible! Last time (March 30, 2026), the chicken had a fatty consistency and I spit out most of my meal. We won't buy it again or any other premade chicken meals.

Perhaps we got lucky, but these were great! I was pleasantly surprised, but I also wasn’t deluding myself into thinking I was getting authentic Mexican enchiladas. Great as they are, but even better when you spruce them up with fresh cilantro, Serrano, peppers, and green onions, perhaps a squirt of lime. We will definitely try them again!

These were great, lots of chicken inside and if you bake them right they will have crispy tortilla edges which I love. The hatch chili sauce and cheese were just the right taste and amount. Not too soggy, not too dry. I didn’t have to add anything extra just threw them in the oven for about 40 minutes at 350.

I don’t usually have very high expectations for “heat and eat” entrees. This was a very pleasant surprise. Tasted very fresh and homemade with a recipe I would have chosen. Jam-packed with chicken and perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Took off one star because I would have liked more spice, but that’s individual taste. I’ll buy again and may add a bit more jalapeños.

I really enjoyed these. They taste great. If I have a complaint, it’s that the directions say to cook at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until the thermometer reads 165. It took nearly an hour for it to bake and get to that proper temperature. In my mind, it could use a little more cheese, which I did add more. Would definitely purchase again.

Impressed. Being a huge mexican food lover, some things are hard for me to make that taste well These enchiladas took care of that for me. Flavor over the top! Had a nice little zing without it being to spicy for other family memebers. So tasty, saves time and the family approves!
