The water level in your washer is automatically adjusted based on the load size and fabric type to ensure optimal cleaning while conserving water. If you’re noticing that the normal cycle only covers the bottom of the washer, that’s actually part of its efficient design—using just the right amount of water to clean clothes effectively. For safety, the washer lid remains locked during cycles to prevent interruptions and ensure proper operation. If you need to add items, you can pause the cycle, open the lid, add your clothes, and then close the lid to resume washing. If you prefer more water, you can select the Deep Fill option, which adds extra water to your cycle. For maximum fill, the Max Fill option will provide the highest water level.
