[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a few weeks ago. Love the different settings. Only complaint is I wish the timer was louder.

I bought this and within 9 months had to have it serviced. It might be operator error, I don’t know yet. The service call has taken over 2 weeks and still no date set. But I love the deep wash and quick wash settings on it.

Worst washer I have ever owned. There is a problem with the washer and 3 different repair companies have come since Jan 8, 2024 to repair the washer but each time the washer is worse than before. It is now March 3!

Had for a few months now and seems like a great washing machine! Pretty quiet (except for the little tune when you turn it on/it finishes the cycle) which I was concerned about when I have the baby napping or at night while all the kids are asleep.

The user panel is very easy to understand. We used it to clean drapes, pillows, and the regular laundry. It seems to clean well and my towels come out softer. We like top loading and clear lid so we can see the clothes. Its also very good looking.

I bought this washer after my old washer of 29 years old stopped washing. I’m getting used to the new features and very happy with our purchase so far.
