[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A WASHING MACHINE DOES NOT NEED A COMPUTER BOARD. SIMPLE KNOBS WORK QUITE WELL. GOT MY UNIT LAST WK, "LOW" WATER LEVEL DOES NOT WORK. WASH TIME IS OVER AN HOUR, WHICH IS RIDICULOUS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first it was ok, but you can’t seem to put it on delicate was , the agitation cycle for delicates is still kind of harsh, and on normal it doesn’t give you much water.

This is a nice washer, but it would be better if it were easier to run it manually - select your own settings. Washing a single item causes it to unbalance and continually repeat the cycle.

Washer has many options and cleans well. Have yet to understand how to change cycle default settings. User manual directs to cycle modifier and option buttons but does not explain where they are.

My Whirpool five year old washer went out on Christmas eve. We wanted a washer with an agitator and one you could see the clothes actually washing. LG Hit all of the wants and needs. I am very happy with this product
