Purchase the machine to use in my living room. The windows in my living room are irregular shaped and they won't fit a window AC unit. The unit works very well. It does manage to cool the space adequately.

Worked for only a few weeks and then shorted out. I hooked it up to a drainage system and followed all of the warnings but it still didn't last long. Huge waste of money.

Not enough to cool a room and you have to have a hose connected to it 24/7 to drain or it will flood your room. I own 3 others and don’t have to have a hose connected at all. Not worth the hassle.

I brought 2. Thought both were new but I was wrong. One box only had the A/C, the remote and other items were not included. It looked like it was used and it keeps cutting off. Both do not get the room cold as stated. They will be returned.

IT works well to cool several rooms while we wait to have our HVAC fixed!

Purchased to ac br at night. Install in double hung window easy. Cools amazingly well. 59f. using ir temp gun. The best way to describe it is equivalent to a hotel room ac. You have two choices running it. Having it on auto where the fan runs all the time and the compressor kicks on to cool or it shuts off and turns on to keep cooling. We keep it running to avoid the jarring noise of turning on. If you can sleep in a hotel, this will work for you. The hose does get hot. We had extra flexible insulation used for tube vent pipes which works great to keep the heat out of the room. The remote doesn’t appear to work beyond turning off the led display at night. Sleep mode does not translate to quieter operation. 5 star for the unit. 1 star on the remote. Remote is really not needed especially for br use at night. Haven’t needed to empty the unit of water. Flow director work great.

For such a beast of an AC unit, I think it could be a bit more powerful. Also, the included hardware and such didn’t work for our size window, so we had to go buy insulation to fiddle with it all. But, once we did, it’s installed and works well. We’re happy with it and would buy it again as it’s the only kind that works with the type of window we have, but it just wasn’t a perfect purchase. But that’s ok. Still really happy with it.
