started off good now a month into use it has started to pull a lot of power when it starts up more than other one that is same model in the house

Great item, wish their tech support was smarter. They said the top drain was for heat, but when I hooked up the hose, and put it to a bucket, the AC drained into a bucket. Much easier than rolling the unit outside.

The thing will only cool when it no hotter than 72degrees

Worked great for 2 months then the coils wouldn't stop freezing over

It works well. It cools the apartment very well. I have a large apartment. It's worth it.
