Life saver...

This was an absolute lifesaver. Our central air went out a week ago and we bought a brand new window unit, not a lick of cold air ever came out even after letting it sit. Our home was 85 degrees inside. We got this from Sam's, so easy to install, turned it on...instant cold air. We put it to 66 and it's been that way for 5 days, saving our sleeping. Emptying is so easy and apparently does not have to be done often. My hhusband emptied it daily but it was minimal drainage to empty. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Will never do a window air unit again. This brand and quality is amazing.

Smh bad after purchasing

It was a pain in the you know what dealing. With a team who showed little care when their item is missing important parts after one week of communication I am still wondering where did I go wrong. Air blows average and definitely not as good as the price

I don't know what genius decided to put the drain a quarter inch off the ground but you need fired. Don't bother with your support message.

Window kit is trash I think it was missing part, and the drains put out a lot water, consistently draining buckets.
